Can you list the gaskets I need etc... Obvioulsy I will need an oil pump. But what else?

Would the noise still be there once warm, as this noise is.

I've run the engine with all the covers off etc... Just the cam belt on and it still does it.

Cheers mate. Had a good look through the manual. Gonna bit the bullet and change it myself. Cant afford to pay anyone. Just need a list of bits and then ill be off!

the engine in the car has been rebuilt. But they didnt change the cam belt idlers whilst it was out (they were well fooked) so I guess they didnt bother doing the pump either.

My car wont be fixed in time :(

My old Zed went up to 90-100psi from cold, any higher and it woulda blown the aftermarket gauge. 20psi once warm, and up to 70 or something when giving it sh1t, normally didnt look at the gauge though so I didnt crash, lol.

Higher pressure ot higher flow??? This one goes to 90-100psi. Wouldnt you start poping pipes any higher?

Theres one on ebay and they said its done 120,000 miles and is still fine?!?!? Im looking at getting one too. Think around £100 new.

Probably. Takes days to change a heater matrix, which can involve taking out the dash!!

Does a Datascan show the timing ?

Its only a bit of work, lol. I would pay someone else to do it, but I got no money after buying this one. So ill have to do it all myself, with help from friends (i hope)

Nope. MY dad has listened to the video and doesnt recon its the oil pump. Hes not really sure what it is. He said check the regulator/relief on the pump.

I went to do it the other day, then relised it was for the car I just sold, lol. Looks well easy though!
