  1. Whos done one of these without taking the dash out? Would someone help me/do the tricky getting hands in small places. Mine arnt that small. Im sure some £££ can be arranged! I really dont wanna take all the dash out. They never go back properly!
  2. If its worth the extra fuel money ill do it. Atleast we get a 10% discount there!
  3. I have seen the hi/lo and it is set to low. But as you said, I dont wanna touch it cause I may press the wrong button. I've got the overtake boost working now, but it was too wet today to see if it works to 16psi. The other day it was set to hold the button down and it only went to 6psi. Thor has quoted £100 + vat Surrey rolling road has quoted £60 and is a lot closer. I just wondered if they could do the job as good as Thor, which is why I was asking what needs to be done. They said they can run it up and tweak fueling, but cant do any major tuning.
  4. Turbos have uprated internals, 360 degree bearings and TonyC said they can take 22-25psi. We also think there are 550 injectors in there as last time it was on the rollers at 400bhp the injectors were only running at 50% Its been rolling roaded at 16psi (overtake boost) and was fine, by TonyC. I jusdt wondered wether the chip will need remapping or something more complicated than just upping the boost on the controller.
  5. My car has a Greedy E-01 and Apexi S-AFC II, JD socketed chip. Normally it runs at 12psi. Its spose to go into overtake boost at a press of a button. Taking it to 16psi. If I want to set it to run at 16psi all the time, im going to do this on the rolling road, is there anything they need to adjust on the e-01 or s-afc. Or is it just a case of setting to to 16 psi and run it up and check fueling/knocking. Thanks.
  6. Ill be at them now my cars sorted. Still will be work dependant though, but I dont get many sundays any way.
  7. Did find one more prob, the alternator was fooked and cost another £140, doh!

  10. Looks like im fooked then, unless I put the old pulley back on and check, then put my other one on again. DOH DOH DOH. Oh well, I know its pretty much in the right place, but I didnt scribe a line, so its not perfectly where it was. Doubt if its out that much.
  11. Well it still needs to go on the rolling road to get sorted out and also the front bumper still needs spraying, so theres a couple of excuses, lol.
  12. So what timing is the data scan showing? Im a bit confused now?!?!?! Isnt the CAS saying when to fire and the ECU sees that, so surely its right?

  14. I cant use a timing gun, as I said, theres no marker on the pulley. Thats why I want to borrow a data scan. I know its close, I just wanna make sure its right.
  15. Also pressure is still 50psi on this pump. Guess there may have been a prob on my old car going up to 100psi. It seems to regulate nicely at 50psi, so im happy.
  16. Anyone around Southampton have one. Now I got my car all up and running, I need to check the timing as I have the CAS off. I have no timing mark on the pulley so cant do it that way. Thanks
  17. Got the dip stick out and put car all back together. Ran her up and the new oil pump has cured the noise, yay :dance: :dance: :dance: Took a while for pressure to build up, which was a little bit worrying, lol.

  22. I have read the sizes before but cant find it for s**t. 26 or 28mm rings a bell. Spose I could go out and measure but im a lazy fooker. Got some silicone grease if you want.
