  1. So my package arrived from twinchip today only a few days after payment. Twinchip have been a pleasure to deal with, top notch service and prompt communication. I'm still unsure of the bolt on diffuser so I'll eagerly wait for others to post up pics of that but this time round I just ordered a couple of type 1 rear spoilers. The first thing I noticed about them is the quality 'out of the box', the finish is bloody good and will require very little prep for paint. Next thing to try is how well it fits... If my car was matt black to match the gel coat I'd slap it straight on! Fitment is bloody good, 100 times better than even the oem spoiler. Here's some pre paint pics...
  2. Lucky man, I choose the word 'lush'!
  3. I'll paint mine black before we swap? (omg I'm obsessed?)
  4. Nice link, ill add that to my favs. I think Rolandas' is a series 1. Just use it as a guide and confirm each wire with a meter before you splice into the looms. The fuel level gauge (according to the manufacturer) will be within the operating range of the oem sender unit, but I would be cautious of your fuel levels until you can prove it lol! The fuel gauge reads from 1-99 as a % of full. Everything should be pretty straight forward but there's a fair amount of splicing, can't wait to see them done, wish I had the time myself, I know I'll regret selling when I see them up and running! Good luck...
  5. I thought it was your DRS pedal to open that big flap hangin off the back of your car!
  6. You shouldn't use the word 'and' after a comma!
  7. I wouldn't swap bilsteins for tein...
  8. So this dude still hasn't given a member something he has paid for, remind me again why I don't see his name on a permanent ban in the banlog?
  9. Your UK spec (if it has a UK spec rear bumper) wouldn't have had side markers at all. UK card had heated seats whereas JDM cars had electric folding mirrors! US spec cars had an adjustable suspension damping switch.
  10. Ich liebe schpelling freads :)
  11. Sure, but I will drive it home, put my plates on it, swap the vin plates, phone the dvla and say 'I think you made a mistake on my v5, it says 4 seats but I only have 2'...
  12. I'll be up for this. Rendezvous in pub car park sounds like a good idea.
  13. I may just have to do that... Want to swap Zeds on the day?
  14. UK specs have a precat in one of the exhaust downpipes...
  15. Then I must bring it home :) you can take my station wagon too...
  16. I'll be up for it but depending on dates etc as I work a lot of weekends :( only up the road from you :)
  17. Gary, Sell me your zed. Regards, Joel.
  18. I have the same setup and use red stuff pads for road use for the same reason. If you want oem skyline pads Mr Feeney should be able to help
