Evo calipers are not a direct fit, you will need to make adapter brackets to fit it, a few members on here have done it.

I don't fully understand this philosophy personally, if the price is right then you want the best you can get for your budget? If it was my money, I would have a good look at them both and decide which one was the best example for what I want and buy that.

Never mind chap, I thought I'd ask as I haven't seen any other threads relating to it. Not the end of the world :)

Not a massive issue but I was wondering if the new garage function could be sorted for use in forum runner? I only ever view the forum from my phone nowadays and with all the new garage threads being started all I can view is a bit if code. Also, forum runner only recognises the basic smileys, which are rarely used now with the 7 billion others, so i just see the :smiley: malarky

There is a guide on here showing where all the fastener points are if you've not done it before :)

To start with the nylon bushes in the rail that the window rides up and down on probably need replacing (not expensive). To get more of a thud I found that some extra sound deadening on the inside door skins helped (also good for acoustics). Make sure everything is secured tightly to the door and try using a thin sheet of foam under the door card to further squeeze it all down to prevent rattles. Once you've done all that, I think that's about as 'BMW' as you'll get!

Agreed, callipers aren't expensive and biggred will sort you a rebuild kit for 25 quid or so to make sure they're tip top :)

I think mac had Azev A wheels so I stand to be corrected. When we say 'had' I assume he no longer owns that red zed?

I'm 90% sure they're not OZ futura and they they're as first mentioned Azev wheels. The spokes looks a little to curved to be Azev A so I am pretty convinced that the wheels you're after are Azev C. Your best bet for these is to keep your eye on eBay, not ideal but they're not manufactured anymore and I doubt you will find them new.
