Re bushing and NA rear mod
Have you used them and experienced the NVH caused from installing them. It is my understanding the only "performance" bushings that do not affect NVH (particularly on the rear) are the NISMO ones. All polyurethane replacements that I know of are said to have a drastically negative affect on NVH.

Clean shaven or not.........?
Although it's not black and white(!), the front plate on mine is technically legal in accordance with The Road Vehicles (Display of Registration Marks)(Amendment) Regulations 2002 (2002 No.2687) - Regulation 14a, these are my specs: font size: W44mm x H64mm, font stroke size: 10mm, font spacing: 10mm using the approved UK font. The is a minimum edge distance too which mine fits well within on my front plate size: W390mm x H93mm. It's significantly smaller than a standard UK plate size when compared side by side.

Clean shaven or not.........?
You would be forgiven for thinking that from many of the pics:

Clean shaven or not.........?
I also have my wing mirror bases painted the same colour and intended on painting my TwinZ diffuser the same colour (before I decided I didn't like it and sold it!). My roof bars are painted gloss black.

Clean shaven or not.........?
Mine is dark grey, to be specific it is Toyota 1G3 magnetic grey metallic. Funkysi deserves the credit for the colour as it was his choice that I mirrored [emoji106] Personally, I don't like the moustache painted gloss black as I think it has too much contrast, but I feel the dark grey flows nicer than the OEM grey. Also not a fan of the '89 style bumper without the moustache painted, with the exception of black or grey cars! It's quite difficult to capture the colour as, like many colours, it tends to vary depending on the lighting. Here's some piccies for reference [emoji106]

Show me your workshop/shed
I have a base prepared for a slightly smaller shed (17x7) but I've been dragging my heels ordering the materials due to not having a plan drawn up. I'm using your pictures as a guide lol! What roof are you having, flat?

Tyres
I'm sure the T1R are still in production but they have either changed the compound, or the other manufacturers compound has had far superior development as the reviews and tests have seen them gradually falling off the chart in the last few years. The Michelin's are always a safe bet, very good performance from those and the R888 is arguably the grippiest road legal tyre money can buy! However, they're both at expensive. I've been using the Goodyear Eagle F1 asymmetric 2 for the last couple of years and I am very impressed with dry and damp grip considering the relatively lower cost of the tyre, better VFM in my opinion. It's also worth noting that, with tyres as grippy as the R888, especially on track use where you will be giving it a full beans hammering round corners, the extra cornering ability can cause devastating oil starvation issues due to the sump design.

What did you do to your zed today?
Cripes, not sure I like the idea of having to strip the front bumper down every time to get the car in the garage, you'll have to get yourself a quick release kit! I finally found the time to get mine out of the garage the last couple of days to refit my front end; bonnet, wings, bumper and mirror shells. I also fitted some "as new" dual tone Bosch horns from a 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I won on eBay for £8 [emoji106] I annoy myself at times because everything I do takes sooo bloody long! Im a competent mechanic and have a decent selection of tooling, it's just that I'm annoyingly anal with everything I install or work on, fortunately I don't charge myself for labour! Now tucked back in my (also small) garage for a few days until I can (hopefully) finish it off.
