  1. Yeah rocks every part of the transmission :mac1: LOL
  2. That's probably why all my dash gauge lights are going on and off now! LOL
  3. I haven't done it yet myself but think it's the way I'm going to do mine. Was discussed here: http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=89526&highlight=heater+matrix
  4. Well most of the front suspension has been replaced. I've got adjustable upper camber arms with their new bushes, poly tension rod bushes, Blitz lowering springs, Koni adjustable shocks. Has anyone else had a problem with lowered cars rubbing the suspension? Can't say I've heard of it. I've had 255's and 245 tyres on but might try a 235 to minimise it?
  5. Sure is bud! I just don't get what all the fuss is about watching a piece of leather get kicked about for an hour and a half and then all the "experts" moaning about it for another hour on TV :mac1: LOL
  6. Maybe it was "Off Topic"? LOL
  7. How about asking a mate if they want to use it for a while? Would have to be insured properly by them of course. They get a "free" car for a year and your costs are covered. Not sure how easy this is to do but presume it's possible.
  8. So is it just adjustable tension rods you'd recommend? Can do without this right now I'm soooo broke :(
  9. Have a look at: http://www.z1motorsports.com Their's works out at about £65 + shipping from US and you just have to swap over the existing pipes as theirs is a left hand version. They have lots of other goodies too ;) Give them a call or email, they're very friendly :)
  10. Pennies for the seals but engine out, turbo's off for reconditioning = $$$$ :(
  11. PTU? Power Transistor Unit? How can you only change half of it?
  12. Eh? What do you mean by TBU?
  13. New exhaust is probably less restrictive leading to the turbo seals giving up :(
  14. Not good. I think when I spoke to Turbo Force they said they had 6 sets of turbo's they'd refurbed for GPS that hadn't been paid for :mac1: No wonder there were so many cars hanging around
  15.   Is that just for flying squirrels? LOL
  16. Is that why you retired? :o
  17. What can I say :( Get a job oop north! LOL
  18. It was very similar but that was a UK car. Nice to see there are d1ck heads on both sides of the atlantic
  19. You can do but sometimes the original chip gets damaged during removal so you might have to put another copy of a standard chip in. Wouldn't cost much though. Depends on the ECU, some have loads of lacquer on the boards and the chip is a pain to remove.
  20. I can chip your ECU but like AndyP said there's not any TT injector chips about that I know of.
  21. The ones I got from him have springs in but they do seem pretty loose. Difficult to tell when comparing with clogged old ones though  Seem to have fixed my smoke problems though and cheap as chips :)
  22. No! :D Is this the setup you used on your final visit to the Pod? ;)
