I think Sky just tried it on, wanting more than double the price to show some Sky channels so Virgin have stood their ground. I'm sure they will be back after more negotiation. The TV drive box is pretty new and will get firmware updates sent to it on a regular basis just like Sky+ had it's teething problems. The Virgin service is much better value if you're taking TV, phone, mobile and broadband. Cable broadband is way better than ADSL.

Yes Primera one fits so might go for that but if I can find a proper Z one cheap enough I'd rather stick with that :)

You should just need the gateway and DNS set on your second card to point to the new friendly router and on the first card clear the gateway and DNS addresses. Are you sure your new broadband is working & connected? Do you have any firewall software on your PC? If so shut it down while you test things. If you go to DOS prompt and type IPCONFIG /ALL it will list all the settings on your cards - might help us. If all else fails call your IT manager and ask if he can help with bypassing their security :rofl:

Well my first answer will work then :confused: LOL You would need to remove the default gateway and DNS server settings from your first card obviously... and make sure internet explorer isn't set to use a proxy just a direct connection ;) If it's not working try rebooting your PC - changing stuff like this can often throw a wobbly and need a reboot.

Sorry maybe I read you wrong. I thought you'd put a second card in for internet access to get round your sites being blocked on the other connection. Why do the cards need to "talk to each other"?

In the TCP/IP settings for your second card, change the Default Gateway and DNS Servers to the address of your broadband router. The 2 networks will have to be on different subnets eg. Network 192.168.0.1 Broadband 10.0.0.1

Unless you're wanting 700bhp+ I don't see the point. For the expense of buying the engine alone you could have a reliable 500bhp Z and much more than that is pretty silly for the road. If you just want to brag about figures then the Skyline engine will add credibility to your lies :rofl: IMO changing the engine defeats the point, it's no longer the car you started with so just buy a skyline in the first place. If you don't mind using the best of parts from different cars then build a kit car - You could have an Ultima GTR, one of the fastest cars in the world, for similar money. For some reason people look at Skylines/Supras and think they're going to be ultra powerful. Most are pretty average from my experience. At the recent north east rolling road day our 300's beat all the Skylines - mainly GTS but also a GTR. At JAE 2005 I somehow managed to get most powerful car of the weekend on Thor's RR against some flash skylines and awesome looking top secret supras etc and my car was running like a bag of ****! :rofl: All I can say is: DREAM ON! :rofl:

I doubt it because there's a lot more to it than just changing the chip. You can turn the boost as high as you like but it will eventually go bang!

No pics but I've got some Momo ones that you just drill holes in the pedals and bolt them on. 10 minute job :)

Just use the gasket paste, much easier and cheaper :)
