  1. LOL it's VERY easy to miss them, they're hidden behind all sorts of stuff and if you've got a stock air box there's no chance ;) I had to take the front bumper off and remove the coolers and fan to get to all the bolts on mine
  2. Andy Duff is on here and does mobile servicing. Really knows his stuff :) Not sure if you can send PM's on here but his user name is strangely enough "andyduff" LOL I'm sure he'll be along to give you his details. There's no way of knowing if the belt has been changed without stripping it all down, but as has been said the 60K service involves a lot more than just changing the belt so try to find out if it's been done. Are you just wanting to change the belt for peace of mind or because it's due?
  3. Errr it looks like you work there and are advertising your business to me and anyone else who can read. You even said you're on the same number as the owner LOL If you're nothing to do with them what's all the "us" about?? :slap: Next post is some excuse about you working there and being part of the same family... Hmmmm  Either way, Greg was just explaining the rules so no need to throw your toys out the pram ;) He might not get any :D but he's probably worked on more Z engines than most of the other "specialists" in the UK. Forum rules are there for a reason and before it was run this way we had people using the site as free advertising and posting their stuff for sale without taking part in the forum. Traders pay to sell their services on here as with many clubs.
  4. Gutted :( Oh well I'll find something else to do.
  5. Yeah my mates dad is an entomologist (insect expert ;) ) and keeps bees. He goes out and collects them for nowt but you're a bit too far for him I reckon. Maybe you can bring them to him Steve? :D Seriously though he might be able to help, he's a leading guy in the UK on bugs of all sorts.
  6. LOL the plugs are under the individual coils between the "fingers" of the metal plenum on top of the engine. Just unscrew them and pull them out. It's worth cleaning their connectors too. Could well be your PTU so I'm sure someone can help put with one :)
  7. I wouldn't go with 9's on the front it will cause problems and there's no need to go that wide anyway.
  8. What parts??? Doing your mirrors or tyres would be very silly...
  9. Did you mean dessert?
  10. Could be the recirc valves leaking and giving a bit of "goose honk" LOL
  11. Yeah he's very funny. He did another series a while ago called "Are you Dave Gorman?" where he travelled round finding other people with his name and that was good too :D His site: http://www.davegorman.com/
  12. LOL is that Luke's old car before he moved onto Z's?
  13. Well they all think they drive the best cars and have something to prove... and lose LOL
  14. For how long? About 9 months at 450bhp ish and that's just weekend use   Me and Mac both had exactly the same go on ours:
  15. I thought that might wind you up a bit LOL :D Well you all sound the same to us southerners ;)
  16. Last time mine was on the RR it got 400rwhp. It's had forged internals since and a proper twin AFM intake which feels to have made a massive power difference over the Doolz kit it was running before. Might get it mapped and on the RR by the end of summer.
  17. Don't put yourself down mate
  18. I'm around 475bhp ish at the mo at 14psi boost but need a re-map to get it up to 21psi ish. Hoping for at least 550bhp :) Had too many silly little problems with the car and no money recently or I'd have got it mapped ages ago.
  19. Single turbo isn't really an option and the fuel pump is good for 600bhp+ so you won't be needing one, but other than that you're not far off.
  20. Don't know anyone who has them. Probably way overpriced for the Nismo badge.
  21. Depends how far you are going with the engine. A chip will cost you £100 or AEM will be around £2K by the time it's installed and mapped.
  22. You can but they don't work on a Z LOL Take them anyway so you're covered ;)
  23. Yes that was when it had the autoshatick box LOL Noticed it as steering going heavy when parking then going stupidly light at speed so the car was difficult to keep in a straight line. 99% of time the speedo worked fine though which is odd.
