I've had this problem for years and even with adjustable upper arms and the camber set right the local "motorsport experts" can't stop them wearing. They can laser align it all to factory spec but with different wheels, tyres, ride height it's nothing like it left the factory. They said the only way to do it is to take it to a suspension specialist and take it round a track so they can measure temps across the tyre to get the true setup. Silly money but I'm going through tyres in no time.

What exactly did you jump to blow the tyres?!?!?! :rofl: I'll be keeping this standard apart from the full stainless exhaust it's got and a decent filter for the airbox.

I've had a few tasty wood pidgeons out of the garden recently but shooting a bird or rabbit is a bit different to working in an abatoir. No way could I do that for a living. I've had to work on the computers at an abatoir and I always got out of there as quick as I could. The noises the animals make are just awful and they obviously know what's about to happen. It didn't help that there was CCTV inside the plant for me to watch while I fixed their PC's. Not nice but someone has to do it. I saw the Kill It, Cook It, Eat It about pigs the other night and that was a bit too much. They showed piglets in Italy (I think) being slaughtered at 2 or 3 weeks old and just chucked in a big bin. The way they were treated was terrible :cry:

If you'd seen the rusty, dented, S Reg Vauxhaull Astra Estate I've been driving round in for the last year you'd know I'm going up in the world :rofl: I think this 172 would beat quite a few of the Z's on here round the back lanes. I'm seriously impressed at the grip and how it loves to rev. I'll also be getting mid to low 20's mpg when thrashed and 45mpg on the motorway, unlike the Z which I can get down to 5mpg ish LOL :confused:

Sounds more like a problem with the car than the fuel. I always stick to V Power unless I can't find it in the area.

Whiteline anti-roll bars make the car turn in much better.

LOL cheeky tw@ts! Just been busy and the clutch failed in summer and left me stranded again facing another huge bill so I've had to keep the Z off the road until I got some regular work again. I've decided having a girlfriend does have some advantages - like allowing me to fund the Z, but don't tell her I said that ;) :rofl: Am I missing being single... hmmmm LOL Big Kim, No problem fixing your PC although it sounds like it's not well again and needs to go in the bin LOL

well i went out last night and got soooo pissed! the hotel manager has offered to let me leave it in his parking space for a week while i join the AA so wont be too bad. train home though lol

what a nightmare, my OS Gikken twin plate clutch died tonight leaving me stranded in Windermere in the Lake District facing a 400 quid towing bill. If anyone can help get me home 65 miles it will be worth some cash. I'm on 07702 333323 if you can help. Balls! LOL

Thats if you completely drained the system including the cooler - you wouldn't normally do that.

Will have a go at this when I get some time. I've got yet another PS leak and already removed all the HICAS system so will do the mod and sort the leak at the same time :)

It probably had a boost controller fitted to up the boost.

Edge is the new improved RS which loads of people swear by so yes :)
