  1. I wouldn't use those they're cheap and crap IMO Get some decent jubilee clips instead
  2. You can get some "spy" software that secretly logs everything typed on your PC including websites, e-mails, MSN chats etc. Worked a treat for me a few years ago when my ex was seeing someone else and chatting on the PC while I was at work. I already knew it at the time but it showed me just how many lies she was stringing me along with. Hope it's nothing to worry about... Chris.
  3. Isn't there a common problem with an earth or something that causes these to go repeatedly? Might be worth checking as I'm sure people have replaced them only for it to go again shortly after...
  4. I don't have any problems filling mine or with it spilling out anywhere. There's a big flexi rubber pipe connecting the the tank to the filler cap with jubilee clips holding it in place. Could be that one has come loose. You need to take the arch liner out and take a look but I'm not sure how easy this is as the liner will have been custom made I think.
  5. There's one already organised soon and we've had them before. Have a look in the events section...
  6. Should be able to sort a cheque by monday mate. Anyone want to be a passenger in the best Z? ;) :D
  7. You can lower it by 30cm if you knock the wheels off

Yes but how they got pics of you bent over a Skyline taking it up the arse i do not know! Was nice to see you guys again and hopefully i wont be without the Z for too much longer... Thanks to Mac for giving me a lift over in his snail car :x:
  9. I'm up for this but can't pay this month so might have to make my own arrangements later. Got no job at the mo and after xmas and 2 months with no income I just can't afford it now.
  10. Yeah just LOL Been a bit busy but out of work and STILL haven't got my Z back after 11.5 months...
  11. Hahaha! Good to see nothing has changed on this wonderful educational site LOL
  12. Advice needed as I'm new to all this car business.
  13. They're not copies, just much cheaper on there but... Its really important to get the fastest card you can for a PDA or it will be very slow to copy files and even worse when you install programs to the card as it will take an age to open them. The PDA's built in RAM is much faster than relatively slow Flash RAM cards. The Sandisk Extreme III / Ultra II/III 120x+ and new Samsung based 150x speed cards are excellent. Chris.
  14. Hi Simon, It's me who sells that kit on eBay and I'd just like to point out it's not a JWT chip and they're my own instructions, not anything to do with JWT. They don't supply kits like this, just ready mapped complete ECU's. I don't want them getting upset! Its a bit late to ask if it will fook up your Z after buying it isn't it? LOL I used this setup myself for 18 months so I know how good it is. I've supplied around 60 chipped ECU's with no problems so far other than people fitting them wrong or installing in a car that's not running well in the first place. Chris.
  15. Didn't think they were legal or is it allowed on one side but not both?
  16. I think it's just 2 lengths of wire and a pedal switch isn't it? I'll be getting mine wired up one day when I'm bored if i ever get my car back.
  17. Better late than never :D Happy birthday mate, hope you had a good one you old bar steward
  18. Does that boat belong to Eggy Greddy? :x:
  19. I've had this fitted for 4 years and its one of the best mods you can do. Makes the car so much more driveable in bad conditions and gives you confidence to push harder in the dry as if it starts to slide it's under control. Set it to 20% slip and floor it out of every junction you come to for the perfect power slide every time :D
  20. Yes it's relatively straightforward to do - I did mine myself. You just need the box, pedals, clutch, flywheel, front half of prop, alternator harness and a few other minor bits. Around £500-600 for the parts second hand then around £500 in labour if you're paying to have it done.
  21. Go to Google, type in shite, press enter - jobs a good'n! Loads of pages! :x:
  22. Surely it will thaw out before you get it back in the engine bay? :x:
  23. I think my next car is going to be a nice wide 350Z in blue so I'll be very interested in seeing what you do with it! :duffer: Chris.
