  1. Both are good brands but not sure if there's any difference really. You won't need to re-align after fitting.
  2. Surely Optimax is better on a z? ;)
  3. I REALLY hope so
  4. It says to connect it to a switched 12v on the ignition which i've done. The adjuster seems to read the settings from the TC box OK but there isn't an option to save the settings unless I've missed something obvious. I presume it's just meant to save what you changed automatically. Wondering if the TC box has thrown a wobbly after being out of use for so long and the engine out. Quite possible some muppet hasn't connected it back up right.... will investigate tonight.
  5. Just fitted my digital adjuster to the existing TC unit and had a quick mess about with it but it doesn't seem to save any of the changes I make if I turn the ignition off. I presume it should do or it's pretty useless.... Any ideas?
  6. Not sure but probably just mounted in a different position?
  7. I think your best bet is to put one of these in each tailpipe:
  8. Yes just slacken it off and rotate it
  9. I'll give you a race with a 5.5 second head start   You need Mac to have a look at it, he'll sort it for ya! :D
  10. Yes twas me in the silver spaceship :D and it survived it's second full day on the road
  11. Have you put yours on an Anal-iZer from Z2motorsports?
  12. It's on again after midnight with sign language  if you're home then
  13. I'll be there :D How about a suggestion of something to do as standing round in the cold at Ferrybridge services is not much fun: Lotherton Hall http://www.leeds.gov.uk/lothertonhall/lothgard.html Really nice place only about 5 miles north on the A1. Large bird garden, grounds and a poncy house if that's your thing LOL Only costs £3 for parking and it's free apart from entry to the house. Would make it into a family day out for those members who need to persuade the other half? Huge grassy parking area so we could get some nice photos too. They have a few car club meets there in the summer so wouldn't be a problem.

  15. I'm so bonkers I'm the only one who knows what Bluetooth, GPRS, 3G and MMS do
  16. Bluetooth only works for a distance of 10m so do you have neighbours on the forum?
  17. Press the key labeled [Caps Lock] on the left of your keyboard ;)
  18. I might be after a pair of Cobra Sidewinders or the nice new Misano's http://www.cobraseats.com/road/sidewinder.php http://www.cobraseats.com/road/misano.php Any idea where's cheapest and fitting options?
  19. That's a pair with the fitting kit :)
  20. I got mine from Z1 with some other bits: http://www.z1motorsports.com/product_info.php?cPath=1_6_22&products_id=83 The UK dealer appears to be Impossible Performance: http://www.impossible-performance.cwc.net/txs-blowoffvalves.htm but the price ain't so good.

  22. I could park something in there but it wouldn't be a bike :D
  23. How about fitting 2 side mounts on the passenger side to balance the car? :x:
  24. It's ages since I fitted em and the car was off the road so I never noticed what effect they had. Do they lock the subframe completely even if the bushes are shot? I'm hoping my subframe doesn't need to come off and the terrible/dangerous handling is just the hicas arms that I know are fooked and not a full set of bushes.
