  1. Power Transistor Unit or ignition amplifier basically replaces a distributor and coil...
  2. Do a search for PTU on here, there's loads of info. Think theyre about £380 or something silly from Nissan UK. You can get one in a couple of days from http://www.courtesyparts.com and it's half the price and just as quick.
  3. You've either been sold total shite or it's been fitted really badly. All kits are fibreglass apart from some fronts and most people dont have any problems. Sure if you bash a wing or whatever it might crack but it shouldn't in normal use and if it was metal you'd have to replace it at higher cost anyway. Take the parts back if they're poor quality and get them to pay for the job doing again as they have caused you to be out of pocket. Who fitted the kit? Maybe they didn't use the correct compounds or something so it's damaged the fibreglass or is taking too much stress? I dunno but it ain't right and you've paid good money.
  4. Anyone for a forum bingo night? :x:
  5. The car will be in safety boost until it warms up but should then boost higher. Checking for a good connection on the temperature sensor is an easy one to start with.
  6. So what's the problem exactly? LOL
  7. Just take it off and they probably won't move unless you nudge them. It's easy enough to push them back into alignment anyway.
  8. LMFAO! Surely that can't be legal anywhere?!?! :xxx:
  9. Fairly sure i've got them on my machine, I'll have a look when I'm sober... :duffer:

Nearly $3500 RRP for one headlight! :o How the feck can they justify that kind of money when your average headlight is about £150  Stops you building your own Lambo from spares I suppose
  11. I'm just using the latest version of MAME32 on Windows XP. All the games run although the odd one has sound or graphics problems but that's because they haven't been fully converted, not the emulator.
  12. OK I've booked the ferry but the price is up to £248.00 now... I tried online but it was showing as £262.00 so worth calling and paying the £5 telephone booking fee. Chris.
  13. Chris/Mac Twin Room Kirbz/Jonny Twin Room Deve8uk/Guest Twin Room Legrath/Guest Twin Room Miss_Z/Guest Twin Room Ryan/Greg Twin Room ChrisC/Guest Twin Room Either hotel is fine by me.
  14. I remember that one, might go play it now LOL Got so many games on my arcade machine I can't remember what any of them were called LOL
  15. Yeah I had an Atari 400 and 800 then moved on to the STFM and Commodore Amiga. My love of games got me into I.T somehow LOL Remember typing in 10 pages of programing from computer magazines? to make a crap game and spending 2 days checking it to find why it wouldn't run... only to give up and find in the next issue that it was a printing error! :headvswal LOL Remember the joys of waiting an hour for a 64k game to load from tape, only for it to fail 3 times running at the last minute... When PC's started appearing in the shops I moved on from typing lines of Basic at Dixons to typing FORMAT C: or FDISK/Delete partition. Oops! :x:
  16. What you need is one of these ;) Built it myself using a top quality 2nd hand arcade cabinet with 30" screen and some decent PC to arcade interface hardware running MAME Multiple Arcade Emulator etc. Supports 4 player games with trackball and a spinner so it can play almost anything ever made. It's loaded up with 6000 arcade games, 450 Neo-Geo games, 500 Pinball games, 30 Laserdisk games, 22000 Amiga games, tens of thousands of Atari and Commodore 64 games, 1000 ZX Spectrum games, PC Engine, Nintendo etc etc... Taken a long time to do and the control panel still needs a bit of trimming but keeps me and my mates busy! Chris.
  17. Should have my Z back this weekend so I'll be booking the ferry tomorrow. I'll need a room/share each night too but if all else fails I love camping (cue jokes...)
  18. Not bad but I'll give you a good race next week ;) :D
  19. Imagine getting left at the lights by a mini  Has that guy heard of punctuation? LOL
  20. The belts are the same but might have stretched a bit.
  21. That's why I didn't mention it - it's very basic. Some of the schedulers online can do some very complex stuff and are capable of fully automating opening and closing windows, entering keystrokes etc etc. AutoMate is superb if you can find a license key ;)
  22. Hope you've got it sorted mate :) but... Have to say I agree with everything MarkZX and Nelson said LOL Caught my ex in my bed with a guy when my daughter was 9 months old after being with her about 5 years. It was all my fault of course! I was running a business from home and paying us both a wage and 2 company cars. She kept seeing the guy and thought I was unreasonable when I stopped paying her and sent the company car back! LOL cake and eat it spring to mind! She moved in with the guy after a few weeks, put our house up for sale without telling me and basically did some proper psycho stuff for months. When the house sold and I gave her £30K she wanted to come back! Shame we lost about £15K EACH in legal costs but hey, as she said - money isn't everything is it... LOL It is when you're paying off about £45K of debt because of her stupidity! Foreign girls are the way to go for sure, i've been out with a few recently and they're so much better in every way. I've met so many UK girls around my age who've got 2 or 3 kids, often with different fathers and they don't have any loyalty to them, they're just out to get what they can for themselves and move on when the grass looks greener. Years ago it would have been so unacceptable they wouldn't dare to do it, but now they get given a house, more benefits than the working man and told how well they're doing in the media - No mention of the father who's without his child, left massively in debt or the taxpayers bill. Younger girls are even worse, most seem to be total slags LOL I've decided to forget all this modern man shit and go back to getting what I want, it's much more fun and girls these days really don't give a shit anyway. When I was younger if I'd told a girl I wanted a quick **** I'd have got a slap, these days the answer is usually OK :D  Chris.
  23. Depends exactly how you need to do it but there's loads of scheduler type freeware programs that will do tasks according to time or other events.
  24. But why should I have to turn them off? Signatures are actually usefull, its just a shame people fill em like its a gallery or something :xxx: When you sign a cheque do you fasten a poster of your Z on it?
  25. Exactly! What the hell is everyone doing putting all this shite in their signatures? Takes an age to load up pages sometimes and scrolling though a whole screen thats taken up with one reply and a stack of text and pics is a pain the fookin arse! Has anybody wondered what the avatar is for?!?!
