  1. woohoo! what a laugh! Good to see you all again :) Well done to everyone who made the effort.
  2. Nice vid :D So funny watching peoples faces as they saw a mile long queue of Z's on the M62 and one cop wondering whats going on.
  3. Did the other 46 get lost? Nice one chaps! :)
  4. Wasn't me, someone stole my car and drove it like a lunatic :nono:
  5. See ya there matey :D
  6. My mate (also called Chris) will be joining the A1 with me in his 400bhp ish silver Skyline R32 :) He's a real car nut and also has a Toyota Hilux from the Indonesian forest rally with tuned Supra engine :o He's the one I bought my powerboat from and has a turbo'd bike, a quad and some great stories to tell LOL
  7. Hmmmm could be someone genuinely interested but they might well have been checking if there was anyone in before trying to nick it :mac1: Keep an eye on it mate :nono:
  8. LOL I forgot to have a look. I'll try over the weekend when I'm giving my arcade machine a good hammering (and the bird :p ) Sure I've got em but I've got so many PC's I don't know which drive it's on LOL
  9. I'm looking into options for an engine management system myself. Will be very interested to see how this goes :) Good luck!
  10. They are just the flexible lines to the calipers - Bird needs all the hard pipes replacing from the front to the back of the car I think. They run underneath the chassis and under various suspension parts  :(

    :p :nana2: :p
  12. Don't all BMW drivers do that? I've got 245's on the front with no problems and will be fitting 255's when they're worn out.
  13. I suppose you could just blank the pipes off and use front brakes only :D It doesn't go fast enough to need 4 brakes!
  14. Hey I suggested that first and he'll even get £40 back, plus he gets to entertain the members one last time  We can all be witnesses to the fact that we saw it go up in flames before our eyes! Seriously mate, I'd get rid. It's going to cost an absolute fortune to get that lot sorted for the MOT. Mac has had his brake lines done and it was serious money alone - I think the rear subframe has to come off for a start. When you've done it all you've still got a car with loads of running problems and it's still going to be rusting away. Even a good Z can give you some big bills from time to time so throwing money at a bad one is not a good idea :(

It's not another of those "pink or brown" articles is it?
  16. My mate had a modded R5 Turbo running about 320bhp and won in a feature in Max Power years ago for the fastest R5 they tested out of about 8 that turned up. His brakes and suspension were standard and they said in the review that the car was an accident waiting to happen and to get it sorted before he killed himself LOL It was seriously quick though :)
  17. It's used to "bump" something back to the top so people see it again
  18. Come to the Ferrybridge meet and we'll give you a quid each for it. Should get you about £40 :) Then we can use it as a bonfire to keep warm

Probably very little just so it avoids any copyright issues ;) LOL

For you dummies who can't read he said it on the first line!
  21. LMFAO!
  22. How about you two entering the banger racing at York?
  23. Zen Garage is probably nearest but if it's nothing too major: There's a guy down the road from me in Harrogate has a garage and owns a Z so he's done most things before. He does lots of smaller jobs for me but declined my engine rebuild due to not enough hours in the day! LOL Very reasonable too. P.R Motors 01423 507888
