Does the car ever go above 0.4bar? Once the engine is warm it should boost to whatever the boost jets are set at. If fuel is causing detonation then it would go into safety boost but you should still see more boost initially. If it's never going over 0.4 then maybe a faulty boost solenoid/boost leak/faulty turbo? 0.7 is about correct for a stock Z so are you sure you have boost jets installed and what size are they?

That is the usual Jap way but on my SBC-ID II you go into the menu and change the units... I used to have the Dual SBC (now Type R) and that was fixed.

So what do all new cars that come with HID's do? :confused:

Some of the cheaper Blitz controllers only show in Bar but others you can change to display PSI etc. Really usefull free conversion program here: http://joshmadison.net/software/convert/ Converts almost everything, couldn't do without it.

Boost leak or recirc valves. Did you buy the whole car for spares or just the engine...

I'm sure someone posted how to wire it so the dip beam HID's stay on with the full beam too? If you're having problems with the HID's not coming on to flash properly then surely there's something wrong with em?

That's my next big buy too! :D I've got a 42" Sony rear projection TV but I'll have to get rid before it's worth sod all. Normally an old TV would get moved to the spare room or something but not really an option with this beast LOL I got some real abuse last night playing online :D Was fun listening on my headset as I went berzerk running round wasting players on both teams with a light machine gun :rofl: Make's it so much better when you can hear everyone calling you a c**t before booting you off the server :D Even learned a few choice german words when I did the same on one of their games :rofl:

I think you'll have to go with BT or similar to get an ordinary phone line then get ADSL broadband. You might even find you can't get that up there! You certainly won't get 3G on a mobile and if you did there's no way of connecting a PS2 or Xbox to it without some clever setting up of routing software on your PC. You need a fast connection for games anyway.

If you're not short on space, why not install a TV studio in a spare room instead? That way you get the programs you want to watch, when you want to watch them so no need to ever switch channels :x:
