What am i doing wrong then? Did any of you have the lump in between the bolts?

Hi has anyone got a pic of what the bolt looks like so i can search in the many pots of spare bolts i have to see if i have them all? If not wasnt there someone on here that had a load of them going cheap? I know nissans want mega money for them. I heard about the Nismo ones that seemed cheaper but they required cutting down to size. Any ideas? Thanks Dan

It is pressed into the steel if i grind it off i dont think it will be a problem i may have to add washers to keep the bar away from the lip on the chassis. I took the anti roll bars off years ago and not got round to searching though all the spare parts to find the OEM bracket yet :( Stillen dont seen to have an online pdf instructions either like some manufactures do. Pain io n the arse lol

ok i cant see how these anti roll bars can be fitted without fitting spacers and using longer bolts or grinding away the lump. Starting to get to me now i just wanna fit them. Any ideas?

Snap I've got stilled rear and powertrix fronts. has everyone used washes to pack out the bump then?

I thought of this too but i dont think the bolts will be long enough. Ill have a look again tonight might just grind the lump away

Hi mate thanks for letting me know. I have simular problems when programming the fire alarm panels for work. Ive got an old laptop but if i remember right it crashes every 5 mins. Ill give it ago with mine first and if i have no joy ill have that off you :). Its looking like there is light at the end of the tunnel now lol. Cheers Dan

Hi mate thanks for your reply. Yea I did select serial. It seems to link with the ECU ok and displays online. But just won't transfer the data over.

Has anyone fitted Stillen anti roll bars to the Zed? I tried fitting the Front today but finally realized after messing around for ages that its impossible to bolt the brackets with the poly bush to the chassis. On the chassis leg where you are ment to bolt the bracket there is a lump that i guess is to align the standard mount. On the Stillen poly bush it doesnt alloy for this. What have you guys done? Hi has anyone had any problems loading a MAP on to a AEM ecu? I can link up with the ECU but im unable to transfer data..Any ideas? Im hoping its the USB converter thats not up to scratch but if it was i wouldnt of thought the ECU would still link to my laptop? Here what it reads on the screen when i try to send the MAP to the ECU Thanks Dan

Yes you have got it in one :). Ive got a guy adjusting another zeds map to a base map for me for the AEM ecu so i can get the car started and checked for minor faults before the tuning takes place. He wanted to know how many teeth the standard unit had as AEM do a 24 tooth disk to combat the odd hicup that happens with some CAS units at high RPM. I think its sorted for the time being untill i need a final MAP. Are they hard to change and would your disk still work on the AEM? Thanks Dan
