Marmite Zed build thread
I ran them down the drivers side of the engine. Cable tied them together and fixed the to the chassis rail. Its tight but the pipes are rigid and wont be moving anywhere. The cooler i made a custom mount that sits between the rad and FMIC thats the only space possible for my build. I will be running ducting in to the location as well

Gearbox finally fitted.. Seat fitted too but the interior is not 100% finished yet ill update you when the new parts arrive. Some more Carbon.. Saving quite abit of weight off the standard hatch. Just got to get round to fitting the hatch and window. not my car.. Also the guy i bought the hatch from was nice enough to give me a custom made carbon petrol flap. Top guy :D

Marmite Zed build thread
One of many Hicas lockout systems ive bought lol. This one is by far the best out of them all SPL are expensive but hope its worth it. I had the stock viscous diff binned and rebuilt with a Quaife ATB diff new crown and pinion etc also fitted with 3.10 ratio leader gears instead of stock 3.69 ratio. Painted to match the rest of the running gear..

Marmite Zed build thread
Just an update of some of the bits going on with Ted. Well what ive got pics of anyway... Fitted enlarged Z1 throttle bodies. Had to port the plenum to match the bigger butterfly and fiddle with the linkage to get them to work. Custom made 65mm dia turbo inlet pipes either side as the stock pipe was the wrong shape and alot smaller dia. Quite alot of messing about with this down pipe has had to be done to get it right. Pulling the engine in and out countless times was never fun. This is the result 2nd time round. The pipe had to be adapted so it didnt touch the steering coloum (as pic) Hopefully this is the last time and alot less restrictive than the first attempt. First attempt was way to restrictive. Latest.

cant get the diff to fit
Ok so its taken me 3 nights trying to get the diff in place using poly mounts. What is the correct way in fitting the diff? I've been locating the rear threads in to the 2 cups first then trying to bolt the 4 bolts and bracket to the front of the diff. But when I try to align the bolt holes up they are about 5mm out. What am I doing wrong? Pic below Thanks Dan.

Hydraulic handbrake fitting?
Or wouldnt it just be easier to just remove the abs sensors in the rear diff and front hubs?. 4 screws and cable tie them out the way untill you want abs again if u want abs again that is.
