  1. You're in luck, the targas are by far the most common model :D
  2. First generation strosek lights.
  3. I sold my light panel for £40 but there was a couple more people interested so could eek out a bit more.
  4. Another: Im only posting these as you wont have access to see them, but tell me if you want to to stop :)
  5. Strosek kit, popular in the 2000s but its gone out of fashion a bit imo.
  6. Hope im allowed to post this? But this is an ad from one of the facebook group. Definitely not my favourite bodykit, but looks nice.
  7. Did you see all the pictures of it? http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?184349-White-1998-N-A-with-44k-on-the-clock
  8. Aha like the GTR ones ;)
  9. Probably the most underrated car on the vote imo
  10. They both do but slightly different. The TT lines up with a hole in the piston so squirts oil inside the piston, therefore are longer and a different angle. The na ones just spray the underside of the piston with oil to cool it down. They are useful with forged pistons as the TT ones will hit the piston.
  11. Apart from the rust that is... Shame.
  12. I didn't mean grunt as in power figures but anyway. Interesting I haven't heard or seen these faulty maps.
  13. Could I get a better understanding of your wants? Auto or manual? Autos can be known as slushboxes, but for cruising and traffic you will be thankful, but heaven help you if it breaks. It's a good manual box, they are slightly rarer so will sell for more. You can ultimately get a transmission swap, but probably better if you find the right one in the first place. Budget? Project cars start around £1000-1500 NAs £2000-£3000 TTs, you can get motd ones, but they tend to need some rust repair, or there was a silver one on gumtree that is down 1 cylinder etc. £3000+ should get you a good driving car with no problems, probably not the cleanest though. £5000+ should be very sorted cars with good engine and good exterior etc. Plans? Do you want to keep it how it is and drive it, or tinker with some little mods or build to your dream car etc. Performance mods? If you want to do performance then obviously TT, and na is hard and expensive to eek not power out of. Can't think of any other important ones for now, but good luck with your search, maybe even have a chat to gazwoz about imports but I doubt it will be cheap, but you will get a mint car. There are quite a few owners in Essex, one being our car of the year last year, as well as at the agm and winning the top price at simply Japanese out of 1500 cars... Mr Joely [emoji14] There are of course meets and shows and convoys etc throughout the year... Look forward to seeing what you can do!
  14. Generally the na will have the same low grunt, but when you get to high RPMS it doesn't give you that extra whoosh the turbos will when accelerating. But then with nas there is less to go wrong, and easier to work on.
  15. There are two auctions on ebay at the moment it might be a worth keeping an eye on. One of them is advertised on here but never sold. Tis and a very good spec, but depends on his budget.
  16. Yeah Kingsley's fresh import, due to circumstances he had to sell it, i dont think its been in the UK much longer than 6 months. It is fantastic condition but it high priced for an NA. worth it, but only to the right person. I had a flick through the autotrader ones, was it the grey or red one on autotrader you were looking at? And do you mind an automatic, they tend to sell for less fyi.
  17. Hi George, got your eye on any at the moment?
  18. They looks amazing
  19. Ah possibly, the jap had this fog light bar: But the USDM had a metal one supposedly to meet regulations. Perhaps its a bit like this one for the UK spec also? Anyone know/clarify?
  20. I dont think you're missing a front bar? There is the bar that the fog lights mount to, but after that's off, it looks like this (on mine)
  21. Hi Charles welcome. Got any pictures of the Z?
  22. I think this one just has the plastic which pops in one way, and then the screw threads into it
  23. Andy you can remove that plastic duct above it, it feeds the stock intake but you have an specialist now so the pipes can be removed if you like?
  24. Happy birthday tony
