  10. I know I dont know your full story but if it is a problematic Z then get rid and buy another that is a better car....buy another now and change all the new bits off this one onto the new one if poss, then sell on.

  12. I have been searching for this answer but cant seem to find the info I want. I am going to fit a autogauge smoked oil pressure gauge, the option on fitting the autogauge sender are to put it in the bolt hole above the oil filter though i hear a elbow is needed for this fitment, fit a sandwich plate or go for a direct replacement in the OEM fitting hole. Does anyone knoe what thread sizes are in the bolt hole above the filter and the thread size on the oem sender unit so I can souce adaptors if necessary. Many thanks

    could always try the "let me prove im not" line and get her to get all dressed up and then say " oh hold on I've had a reply to my thread " and then piss off down the pub and really piss her off.

Before i go on to mod my Z I want to make sure the basics are all good. its a 91 J spec auto with 71k miles and so far Plugs Oil and filter Air filter Cambelts and water pump Autobox cooler Pressurised autobox oil flush Check throttle balance Next on my list Coil pack connectors as these are not the best Brakes ( absolutely awfull ( warped)) PCV valves ( is this a leave it till it goes item or do it now before it goes item) check tps and timing and base idle set. Stupid exterior trim with shiny crome showing through ( Paint car colour maybe) Any other things to do would be appreciated
