  7. when i was younger i did a seminar with bill wallace ( superfoot) some of his stretching techniques were fantastic and my kicks were a lot higher, never used any of the aids you are mentioning though

  11. started when i was 8 with judo for a few years , then moved on to lau gar kung fu till i got my black belt, spent 8 years in the RN during which time did no training , left the RN and started jeet kune do , silat, kali and and gracie jujitsu( probably the best ground fighting art around), also my joints are fecked and i blame my early years in the arts as how does a kid learn control and understand not overextending your joints

  16. check the rubber pipe that runs through the bulkhead to the heater matrix, there are a lot of things round that area that can cause chaffing of that pipe

  18. i will clear a few things up we couldnt connect datascan as it wouldnt even pick up the comp, shorted pins 8 and 9 of the diag port and its coming up no errors , gonna reseat the ecu plug soon to see if i can get DS to connect up, then took it for a spin and the boost build is fine no boost leaks just in safety boost, think we need to make a safety boost checker on it to be certain but its one of the safety boost situations with no error codes so is a right pain....oh and john you tart its friggin retro not recho...sheesh there is only a few sensor that will drop it into safety boost and if we build a safety boost checker we can by process of elimination find out which one it is, but it will take a bit of time bud
