check the rubber pipe that runs through the bulkhead to the heater matrix, there are a lot of things round that area that can cause chaffing of that pipe

i will clear a few things up we couldnt connect datascan as it wouldnt even pick up the comp, shorted pins 8 and 9 of the diag port and its coming up no errors , gonna reseat the ecu plug soon to see if i can get DS to connect up, then took it for a spin and the boost build is fine no boost leaks just in safety boost, think we need to make a safety boost checker on it to be certain but its one of the safety boost situations with no error codes so is a right pain....oh and john you tart its friggin retro not recho...sheesh there is only a few sensor that will drop it into safety boost and if we build a safety boost checker we can by process of elimination find out which one it is, but it will take a bit of time bud

if you have a boost leak tester it will go a lot easier for you
