could be the turbos, tho more than likely just the PCV valves & hoses replace these 1st as they are quite inexpensive & easy to replace :)

its not gonna matter really. thickness of the wire is there for currant draw, the same currant will be drawn down both the +ive & -ive cables, so dunno why they made 1 thinner anyway! just solder them in the same way they go into the old connector (new thin to old thick IIRC)

for what ever reason the zed didnt make it into the cat database, therefore it is tested as a non cat vehicle. however a stock zed in good working condition would easily pass the cat test anyway :)
