TBH, a turbo upgrade isnt the sort of thing you want to be doing "on a budget"! JWT500's may be a cheaper alternative than a pair of 700's tho!!

re-read, LOL! are you asking if you would need 2 BOV's if you got an induction kit??? if so then yes - you would still need 2 BOV's!

you only need 1 induction kit as standard - there are upgrade paths for dual MAF's or twin cone setups, but basically you would junk your airbox & fit the induction directly to your MAF :)
