yeah, that is quite high!! what were the other readings? HC Lambda etc? is yours decatted?

not *all* ECU's have this screw (mine doesnt)! I prefer to use the method in the manual where you short to pins out on the diagnostic socket

CO is not adjustable on our cars - what were the readings??

have you checked for fault codes yet?

if your gonna go for it then just get a TT IMHO! you *will* get used to the power & wish you got a twin tubbie version!! even us TT owners are on that never ending search for more power!! ;) :D running costs aint gonna be that much cheaper :)

find a garage with a plate brake tester - ie. me!! :D with ref to prices, VOSA set the prices, currently £44.15, they usually only increase a couple of pounds every year. if theyve doubled near you then its prob cos the garages were in a discount war!! many garages have been fighting to get the fee set by VOSA as being compulsory, a set fee nationwide would be far better IMO. at £44.15 for an MOT, & an MOT taking around an hour now it actually costs us money at our garage to test a car!! retests again have always been chargeable, except for a small list of minor items. a retest once taken away *should* (must!) be a FULL test again! many garages used to & still do free retests however!

I am the window tinting daddy!! ;) costs £200 per car, usually regardless of how many windows he does! top job tho :) if you deffo want it doing let me know & i will see if he will do it any cheaper just for the 3 windows. also, would have to be done on a sat morning at my garage in Canterbury
