  10. Might be worth trying the manual http://www.300zx-twinturbo.com/cgi-bin/manual.cgi or even the parts catalogue which has pics http://www.300zx.lv/catalog/?m=Z32. Can you identify the parts from these? Cheers - Gio
  11. Whenever life gets you down, And things seem hard or tough, And people are stupid, obnoxious or daft, And you feel that you've had quite eno-o-o-o-o-ough, Just remember that you're standing on a planet that's evolving And reolving at nine thousand miles an hour. It's orbiting at nineteen miles a second, so it's reckoned, 'Round the sun that is the source of all our power. Now the sun, and you and me, and all the stars that we can see, Are moving at a million miles a day, In the outer spiral arm, at fourteen thousand miles an hour, Of a galaxy we call the Milky Way. Our galaxy itself contains a hundred million stars; It's a hundred thousand light-years side to side; It bulges in the middle sixteen thousand light-years thick, But out by us it's just three thousand light-years wide. We're thirty thousand light-years from Galactic Central Point, We go 'round every two hundred million years; And our galaxy itself is one of millions of billions In this amazing and expanding universe. Our universe itself keeps on expanding and expanding, In all of the directions it can whiz; As fast as it can go, that's the speed of light, you know, Twelve million miles a minute and that's the fastest speed there is. So remember, when you're feeling very small and insecure, How amazingly unlikely is your birth; And pray that there's intelligent life somewhere out in space, 'Cause there's bugger all down here on Earth!
  12. And available from the Stillen agent in UK http://www.mjpauto.com a Zed owner!
  13. You can use motorcycle size on the rear Jap plate. I happen to have UK car size one on the rear which is illegal because there isn't enough spacing. *sigh* For the nth time, here's the page with the regs http://www.dvla.gov.uk/vehicles/regmarks/reg_marks_current_requirements.htm#import It is a moot point as to whether this applies to the front as well because there are no "restrictions" on the front which would make it impossible to fit a UK full size plate with the right numbers. Cheers - Gio
  14. What, this bit? If so, pm me your address mate - it's yours. Cheers - Gio
  15. Dave, try http://www.mjpauto.com for a better price. Cheers - Gio
  16. I believe jock is right. There is only a motor in the passenger side. When you fit an alarm to the car you have to fit a solenoid motor into the driver's side. And make certain it's done correctly with the right bracket - if the solenoid is attached to the door wire directly, it wiggles the wire and eventually snaps it so the doorlock don't work no more! HTH - Gio
  17. Shouldn't this be a "sticky thread"? hehe - Gio
  18. You're right, Vijay, you do have to be very careful - there are so many scams for this. Even two blokes come round in a car (or on a bike). Bloke 1 takes your bike for a test leaving Bloke 2 and transport as hostage. After Bloke 1 has been gone for 5 mins, Bloke 2 simply gets into car and effs off. Basic rule - if you don't have a good feeling about them, don't let them ride whatever the deposit / hostage. Ask them to bring their passport and driving licence. Make up a form that they have to sign which confirms they have insurance and they are responsible for any damage during their test ride - and show you ther insurance certificate. Check their pic in the passport and name against insurance / driving licence. Then keep hold of passport / insurance cert / driving licence until they come back. Not unreasonable - if they think this is too much then don't let them touch your bike. Just some suggestions. Good luck - Gio
  19. "It's alright Love - they're insured and they belong to someone else."! :D
  20. hehehe :D - Gio
  21. They just put one on the Bray / Windsor road - if it's the same as yours, it's one of these: a Truvelo: http://www.ukspeedtraps.co.uk/gatso09.htm The detectors are piezo and the camera uses infra red film so you don't see a flash. Cunning b'stards. And may I just point out that Truvelo comes from the same lovely liberal country that brings us the lovely liberal 300z - Zuid Afrika! :D Cheers - Gio
