The sxoc are having the same problems as uk zeds but worse as nearly all s13 200sxs are uk models most have rotten sills .A freind of mine is restoring a 91 uk s13 both sills are bad and some rust on floor .For years the sxoc club have been talking of getting panterns made for sill repair panels but nothing yet.Maybe the 300zx club should get some made up to stop so many cars being scapped due to rust.

Does anyone know what the cheap ebay alloy rads are like.Seen a few diffrent sellers selling for about £150 what are the welds like or im i better of spending twice that on a jap made koyo, dont want the hassle of getting one from the states import tax/ vat etc thanks taff.

I dont have any rust problems as yet but are replacement outer sills not avalible then for the z32.

Dont you need to have an external wastgate to have a screamer pipe.

Dont later boxes have improved syncros 96 on i think double syncros ring a bell no sure though.

Brought an alloy arc rad from ebay but its leaking just took it to a rad specalist and there going to test it.But he said they cant repair the fine tubes running across they can olny weld the side tanks .Any body had experence with repairing alloy rads thanks taff.

I had the same pipe go on mine only a small pin hole my local garage did it 4 hours labour £180 they droped the gearbox off its mountings to tilt the enginge back to access the pipe and clips .They said it was a pain but its not imposisible.

Got a few cracks in my viscous fan been offerd a s13 200sx one they look the same does anyone know if they will fit /same size thanks.;)

Any ideas i have a knocking noise coming from the rear sounds like hatch rattle ,but hatch seems held down fine checked shocks and bushes all ok .It only makes a clonking noise over bad road surfaces any help thanks.

Ive statred to get a knock from the rear suspension on bumpy roads i think its the rear lower shock bushes, my teins have been on 3 years now .I think the teins being so hard have finally killed the bushes are these avalible in poly on there own as nearly all the rear have been polybushed aready.Unless its something complety diffrent the tops mounts are rosejointed thanks taff.:)

Ive been told hks plugs were orginaly made buy denso and were irdium now there made buy ngk and are a mix of uridium and platinum .I think hks had some problems with the irdium ones do you think the new ones will be any better or do i just go for ngk thanks .:cool:

Hi has any one got a free sat box ,looking at getting the humax fox hd box 2 free high deff channels plus lots of other free channels .I take it you just plug into satalite socket and away you go plus a hmdi lead to hd tv.

Ive got tein flex on my swb and i leave them on the softest setting front and back ride isnt too bad .If i do a track day ill harden them up a bit i dont realy see the point in a edfc controler for how often your going to use track or road settings .

A 235 is better option on a 9 j as a 245 looks a little bulky.

Think you can buy them nissan yellow plugs new from somewhere maybe nissan ,and solder on to old wires and re loom up with black insulation tape .Saves cable tieing .

What about elite in rainham it has a hight tec lazer alligment machine.

Just fitted my new wheels they were second hand and have some peeling laquer on them in places.I know these will eventualy need refubishing but does anybody know what i can use to make them look a bit better .Treid autosol and scratch x doesnt do much thanks taff.:)

Clutch pack type machanical diffs such as cusco /kazz need a specail lsd oil gearbox oil wont do it would be ok on a standard vlsd .

The 1JZ engine in these are very strong and alot of the drift boys are fitting these in s13/s14/r32 etc, the engines worth about £700-800 on its own .I take it its a auto because manual boxes are realy rare a worth loads.

Dont buy these tyres i only got them to get my 18" wheels fitted ebay £35 for 2 part worns 7mm tread 265x35x18 , but in the wet they are deadly .Hope they wear out soon before i crash the thing.:eek:
