  1. €1,688 if you pay by the quarter :( a 350Z is over €1,800 Wasn't aware we had Autotrader!
  2. 16/12/2015 - 1999 GCZ32 Good week to buy a Z!
  3. Have you considered purple wheel nuts?
  4. Good luck Ian. Is it the clutch leg?
  5. Welcome. There's a kit for sale on the Facebook page "300ZX Z32 Marketplace UK".
  6. Funny you should mention them as I'd never heard of them before. We just got a package to the office from them with no name on it and nothing at all to suggest what it could be.
  7. 17/12/2015 - 1999 GCZ32 version R
  8. 17/12/2015 - 2000 GZ32 version S
  9. If you'd be willing to board a ferry, you can get great value on something with a large engine in Ireland. Nobody will buy something 15+ years old with a V8 or so, due to the tax rates.
  10. Welcome and good luck with the car.
  11. Feels good to have the nicest car at a posh country club hotel by a long shot.
  12. With a red car I actually use it more for sun protection.
  13. I'm in the same boat. Not entirely by choice, but I'm sure most would say the same. Thankfully, this winter has been very mild so far, so we haven't had any salt or grit. I'll try to spray the underside at the local carwash once a week anyway. She was out for a hoon this morning with the roads slightly flooded in parts.
  14. The end falling off the fog lights seems to be a common problem, but only in later production ones. Most later year zeds have it missing on the passenger side, including mine.
  15. I don't have anything to compare it to, but it's very stiff. Not quite uncomfortable, but I'll avoid all potholes.
  16. Perhaps not a legal requirement but it's a standard thing over there. Folding and heated would be nice in our climate.
  17. Followed this guide today, but the circuit board and its electrical contacts look perfect. The clicking comes from all over the dash so it's not any clearer. Also, the circuit board is different to the one in that thread.
  18. Only two made for homologation purposes, so I could forgive that.
  19. How does a slicktop NA compare to a LWB TT?
  20. And the 370Z convertible... It's not really a different car
  21. Probably haven't driven any of those cars. Except maybe a Maxima.
  22. I look at it this way - a TT would be more fun, but I wouldn't be able to enjoy it as often. My Z gets me to work every day and that will probably be the case for another couple of years. I'd be a lot more worried about money if the car was a TT, in my situation. Then again, if I had a garage I would probably buy a TT and a cheap shed to drive for the colder parts of the year.
