  1. heres mine although it had to be reasonably modded to fit my screen in
  2. seems i might just have to conceed and fit new pcv valves and accept the job will need doing again at some point
  3. Thanks for the offer but should have enough to go on from your posts above. Cheers
  4. Ok thanks, any idea where this ituneslibrary.itl file should be?
  5. thanks will give that a try
  6. ive been asked to look at a mates computer but thought i would ask here for anyadvice as i dont use itunes. he added a new HDD and moved all the music across to it view explorer, loaded i tunes and no music said ituneslibary.itl cannot be found. I tried pointing itunes to the new music directory (view edit preferences) but still same error. Ideas guys?
  7. I have seen this defi hud kit for around $160 so shouldnt be too expensive, plus any GB discount.... can you make a few enquires dave for us?
  8. Hmmm, getting more interested, they do one with boost oil t/p and lots (depending on the defi senders/guages you already have) Any trader fancy doing a GB? (if theres interest clearly..)
  9. http://www.defi-shop.com/product/basis/basis_top.html group buy anyone? or am i just being childish?
  10. Understand that, but surly you need 2 maf's to get any real gain, most of the 2 filter kits ive seen just split the current pipework and allow fitment of 2 filters
  11. Just hope that it might save having to keep swapping the bloody things! Mine really need doing as the smoking at idle is more obvious now the weathers getting cold
  12. not even convinced if your shooting for big bhp that the 2 filter setup offers much over the single filter setup. Apexi filters are the best induction kits out, if you search the net there are lots of filtration and airflow tests and the apexi is always better than hks/blitz etc... Any questions sure dan at dta can help (top trader and friendly chap)
  13. http://twinturbo.net/net/viewmsg.aspx?forum=technical&msg_id=908813 Found this link posted by lymon a while back while searching but wondered if anyone had some further thoughts. From reading the thread it seems duffman had a few reservations (and clearly im not clever enough to know whos right..) Just ask as my pcvs need changeing and was wondering about taking this route..
  14. My auto zed has started to do this on the few cold mornings we have had... strange.. by the ecu temp sensor do you mean the one down stream of the radiator?
  15. Varies massievly, i used to own a modded 200sx and got around the same mpg as my zed does now, but clearly that depends if your compairing stock cars. I drive a 90 auto tt and can get a decent amount out of a full tank (daily drive 200-250miles motorway around 350 maybe more....) Main thing is probably if your asking about mpg zeds are not the way to go.... can use petrol at a scarey rate if you floor it...
  16. mate should easily see 4k for it i would have thought. Depends on what the box is like but thats worth around £500 mark by itself....
  17. Just noticed that there is some sort of test mode in datascan that gives a popup warning of engine damage through misuse? Whats this section do and how do i use it without damaging my engine? Any luck with the user guide yet dave?

Also worth checking the fluid levels, most problems with the auto box seem to come from old or not enough fluid
  19. mr visa please help, can you buy me them...
  20. Anyone come across a good mobile deal recently? Im after vodafone if i can as the reception round here is cr*p on orange but great on vodafone. Had a look round and seen some stuipid adverts for 11months free line rental etc but am a bit sceptical.... Cheers all
  21. You could do the car on jacks but ive got some planks of wood i use to make a ramp and drive the zed up. More clearance and safer than jakes IMHO. As for time, depends on how good a job you want to do, also depends on how bad the corrosion is that you need to wire brush off. I did the entire under side of my zed and most of the suspention components as well so took a few hours all in i guess. Only thing to watch is that you dont block the targa drains near the sills (little holes pretty obvious) but other than that can pretty much cover the whole underside
  22. Working again on both dates! Damn it, hope the weathers good guys
  23. Might also be worth reseting the ecu using datascan and see if during the self learn it picks the same fault up... probably a bad connection though like you said
  24. Also love the fact she says she brought the turbos from the states but doesnt have any idea what turbos they are? Sounds so bad to me! But you know some fool will buy it, wonder how long after the auction finishes before we get the "just brough a zed of ebay and..." post! Such a shame when so many many members are breaking really nice cars
