  1. I've never really understood the need to replace all the dash bulbs for led, personally I find the stock setup just fine, if it lights up don't try and fix it.....
  2. After market immobiliser fitted?
  3. Maybe you should have considered STELLA300 instead of redwine300 as a user name? Great work mate, the nice part of the job is now about to start by making it all look pretty again :thumbup1:
  4. I would also check 110% these are genuine products for obvious reasons, usually half price means half quality. Just be sure :thumbup1:
  5. While these do look very tasty brake setups I think more attention needs to be given to bias setup than just looks. I can see some serious braking issues occurring here otherwise.
  6. I fear Joel we missed an opportunity to park the 3 red Zeds together to take a photo for the red zed thread
  7. I think I talked myself into a timing belt replacement too??
  8. Very true, I know a lot of bodyshops that would shy away from this job just because it's a "300zx". I think redwine deserves much respect for doing this himself and making such a good job of it, it will make a great repair thread for future jobs like this, let's face it how many other Zeds have this exact problem lurking underneath??
  9. But let's face it, a complete new section is a better choice, i would rather spend a week repairing something properly to last the life of the car instead of a day repairing something to last a couple of years, and remember redwine isn't paying labour so it matters not how long it takes him. :thumbup1:
  10. Bit off topic but I hate anything to do with football :sleep1:
  11. Well despite the classic british weather I think Sunday was a great day, for a small scale show I think the zed turnout was pretty good! Thanks to everyone who made the effort to come along. great pictures Joel, bring on the next meet!
  12. This is good work, nice to see someone tackle a job correctly :thumbup1:
  13. If anyone fancies a look tomorrow I have a new knob with red stitches.....:w00t:
  14. I have visions of many zed owners going to check their ps pots now
  15. That's a shame, spent the day cleaning the zed, although I fear it was a waste of time looking at the forecast.....
  16. Are you still doing the tunnel run Joel?
  17. I made some tweeter pods with the sail panels on the doors for my components, was inspired by AndrewG 's work.
  18. If you can't waste a little hard earned cash on things that bring you joy what's the point of it all?
  19. I don't care that I cannot understand a word she is saying, I could watch this on mute it wouldn't matter,
  20. Worth noting chris that admission after 9:30 is at marshals discretion, I'm aiming to be there for 8am. Not looking great weather wise though
