  1. yes it will generally fuse but not necessarily, I'm not telling him to wait 2 years to work out, simply advised seeing his Dr for recommendations for levels of exercises etc, its not just the bones that need to heal also, muscle, tissue and nerve damage all have to repair themselves. My dads been seen by the doctors that worked on beckham, rooney and cissey and all say after care treatment are more important than the age of a patient.
  2. This is my red nose, I spent last night modifying it
  3. Location: http://redirectlocation.com/page/ print that to the browser, it may work :) ie print Location: http://redirectlocation.com/page/ for this to work don't print the standard header (context type)
  4. two totally different scenarios.... its proven bones strengthen up over a long period after a break. This isn't speculation its medical fact.
  5. my dads leg was surgically broken about a year ago now and is only 90% healed, that is after being in a cast for 6 months, all bone specialists we have spoken to have said it takes 2 years before a bone gets back as strong as its going to get
  6. MS are actually pretty leniant on the use of their filesystem,
  7. muscle memory will kick in and it won't take nearly as long to build them back up :) just be careful with the break, it can take a long time for a break to fully heal
  8. illegal now speak to your physio/doctor they will suggst exercises, the break could still be weak and over exerting it or too much or the wrong minerals could possibly cause problems
  9. ask paulc, 300zx isnt in mot test database for cats

  18. yes but it still oxidises and rots away similar to rust, infact its worse as its harder to repair :) the trucks are meant to grit at a speed that is safe for passing cars, I've been splattered by them before as they've overtaken me at 90mph though lol white car doesnt show the marks though until it starts to rust :(
  19. Listen to GIO, sometimes you need someone to ground you :D, its very easy to get carried away with these cars and end up with a 2 grand bill for something you end up swapping out at a later date. I mod my car quite slowly, but i do not regret any mod i've done or any money i've spent because I have researched and thought out every one of them, its very easy to get carried away with chipping and boosting these cars and you just end up with a very heavy paperweight (and im not talking about danny's offering) Personally i think the route to go is, Induction - Exhaust Sort out your handling next, suspension brake, traction control maybe, clutch / flywheel Chip and raised boost Then enjoy that speed for a while, then you can start faffing around with turbos, pistons, 1 pluck 2 pluck 3 pluck more clutches, fuel management, snakeoil Of course body work and bling and all that nonsense can be added at anytime ;) it won't improve your performance. I have a list of stuff i want to buy to rebuild the engine to make it faster, but then i go out in her, she drives like a dream and the rear wheels light up in 1st and 2nd gear of course is something breaks you always put something bigger better and stronger in its place :D and all this like GIO says after you have a sound stock motor. Rolling roads are good to know how you've improved performance wise, and the likes of thor are known to be wizards in the tweaking stakes, but there is relatively little sense in sticking your car on week in and week out if nothing has changed/you have no problems
  20. 3 clicks and i will pass you :D
  21. and no post whoring :D:D:D
  22. lol open a can of worms :D try both, the 300zx auto is actually a good auto box, prone to breaking down though personally I bought a manual because I like manual boxes, :) its totally possible to convert to manual, a lot of people have done it on here

  24. has any one reconditioned their lifters? I know it is possible with z31 lifters but was wondering if you can do it with the z32 lifters, and what degree of success can be expected
