I sold my z over 12 years ago - J5MGM (and they subsequently crashed itj I doubt i’ll ever buy another, but hoping to come to a few events this year and catch up with a few faces. I was a part of the club when I was 21 and i’m 40 next year!

very sad. Had some good chats with Mike. One of the good ones.

blimey, sure have stu :), all tiled and now just have a big mirror to install and mastic the whole thing :) anyway onto my membership, I'm still a bit sore that it was cut short by 6 months last time....

South america saved it for me really, it was one of the best shows they have done however, they need to cut out the fake crap, "woops your car is on fire" "sorry i hit you" sure set the cars on fire, but make it more pranky than scripted :)

hey Guys Not looking at another zed at the moment, I looked at a few 350zs in summer but they just don't do it for me :o) I'm quite enjoying my little golf, I'm quite well, nearly finished with the DIY project on the flat, I'm looking forward to having a real bedroom after nearly 3 years :) Since selling the zed 3 years ago and buying a 1996 Golf CL, my maintenance bills have been #210 :D I'll zed again when they I have a garage and a small multi million win on the lottery :D:D are there any meets on in the SE? would be great to come by and see some old faces :D

I haven't seen on in months around here, which is surprising as there were a lot of members in the area and seeing a Z around was a normal event. Hope everyone is keeping well and the committee are treating you well :D:D

I found the coat the other day, if I'd known there was a SE meet I would have turned up but I don't come around here very often anymore sure thing stu, I'm on the same number my PM rights got removed here if you get stuck its on my facebook :) good to see some familiar faces around and some other familiar faces not around :D

Please make sure that you configure the same DNS servers in registrar database and on your DNS this may cause problems like some people are seeing with propagation, it may also cause some ISPs not to fully resolve the A/cname records in your zone file correctly.

firefox 3 usually, IE sometimes and occasionally lynx when I need to do something quick

run this locally start - run ipconfig /flushdns your ISP shouldn't cache for any longer than 8 hours, 4 hours is pretty standard now and I've never heard of a 7 day cache. the above command will flash any dns windows has cached, you should also clear out your browser cache, it is more likely to be related to a cached page than anything else :)

virgin media / ntl / blueyonder have been having peering issues with a lot of the big isps today,

a 73gb 15k scsi drive will cost you over 200quid :) i'd say thats expensive when sata2 seek and transfer times are pretty close to it :) and ~£800 for 3tb of storage with redundancy is pretty cheap :)
