In the secret forum MAC haas posted how he got 500BHP with a tub of lard, a toothbrush and a special asembly, it increases reliability by 400% and gives you a quarter mile time of under 10 seconds. surely that must be worth £20 -
an avator is better, you can look at them rather than the persons name :) Sigs should be allowed I think but not there should be a policy on them,

Something has to be done to keep the bandwidth of the site down. It is permitted 20gig a month so far and any extra has to be paid for. I may set something up on another server where i get cheap bandwidth for people to upload images ect.
