Evening mid-week meet at the end of the month?
Top bannana!

maybe selling up
Sorry to hear that mate. As for the price, you actually need to set it at a price for people to knock down it from. You can't really knock much of £2k! Start a £3,500 or something, something more realistic. Not sure if you're getting it T&T though.

Rear Seat Belts
Yes. You'll need some bits of trim and the seat belts of course.

This is awful
Regardles; as a compassionate human being, one would expect intervention from someone. If I see someone fall, or who looks distressed or in trouble, I am the first person to go and help them up and see if they are ok. It may have something to do with the fact that my own father is disabled and is crippled, so if ever he's in trouble, I help. I guess it's a natural instinct for me to go and help. But there is such a thing as compassion which no one there seemed to have. You can't tell me that everyone in that room knew the woman and decided not to assist!!!

Anyone had a Seat Leon?
Company car. Just using up the end of a lease. I'll order a new one at the end of the year. Quite like the new Citroen C5....I know, I know, a Citroen, but the new C5 not only looks good, it seems to have pretty good build quality.

Boot perspex strip
Shouldn't rattle if it's fixed properly. There's a rubber seal than runs round the outside of it to prevent that. Just use black or clear silicon if you're worried.

Just south of Gravesend ok? Dartford or something?

Brake question
One side always wears quicker than the other. I think the outters wear quicker. You just pop out the retrainers, unscrew the bleed nipple, push the calipers back, grease up the pad backings, slide them in, refit the retainers, screw up the nipple and you're done.

Evening mid-week meet at the end of the month?
I'll be in and around the Gravesend area at the end of the month (28th onward). Will have time to kill in the evenings and wondered if any far SE lot fancied a meet around Stanstead, Romford or where ever area?

Who is coming to Zedfest 2008
I'm 50/50 at the moment. Right old trek for me, but maybe a kindly soul near the even would let me kip at theirs the night before. ;)

Anyone had a Seat Leon?
I'm getting the newer one now. Black too. Went down to Seat today to have a ganger and I quite like them. The dashboard looks a misery on the page, but in real life, it feels nice. Has a bigger feel to the front of the cabin than my Mondeo! Quite a slippery shape, so should make cleaning a right doddle!

How do you rate them Paul? What type of repair have they done?

Has anyone used Ace Alloy wheel repairers?
http://www.alloywheelrepairs.net Reason I ask is that one of my front wheels has developed a slight flat spot on the inner part of the rim. Not noticable from the outside, but I am getting mild vibration around 70mph through the wheel and is difficult now to balance. Because my wheels are forged not the cheaper cast type, the flat spot can be rolled out quite successfully. The guy I spoke to here says it's an easy job on my rims, especially where the deformity is. Just wondering if anyone's used them? The guy that refurbished my rims doesn't have the facility to go into that detail with them unfortunately. So found these guys on the internet. Seemingly not many out there that will repair wheels, just refurbish.

I hope you're talking about the rear bumper!!!

99 Spec Rear Lights
Yes. You can pull the lights apart and make replicas, but they don't look as good as the genuine thing. But they are a big improvement over the original ones. I have 99-spec rears and centre panel. One of the first things I did to my Z.
