It's a chain reaction, started by people tightening their belts...why? Because we are told that we might be heading that way. The only way then is down. It's the touchpaper to the whole thing.

I'm not doubting that at all and I feel sorry for those that do. But as I said, the reason the recession is heading our way is because we've been scare mongered into it. You know how quick everyone is to fill up with fuel if there's been a shortage scare, well, the same happens here, just in reverse.

You've just proved the point. :) The whole reason the economy is slowing down is due to a slight dip in house prices. (house prices have peaked in the economy)....and a boredom with the current government. This has promted the media to scare monger with headlines such as 'are we heading for recession'? People are now expecting a recession and it will happen. What happens then? People then spend less, the economy slows down. The headlines are then 'we are in a recession'. This pushes the economy through the floor. I'm not saying ignore it, that can't be done, but the main reason it happens is because people expect it to happen. So my point being, if the country expects it to happen, it's inevitable that it will.

Need a huge favour. I am trying to get hold of a set of the contoured wiper blades for an IS250....like below as they fit the Z arms. Lexus obviously want a VIN number, just wondering if anyone can help out. They are slightly neater looking than the Bosch ones and fit a little flatter. Cheers As fitted to a Z32 :)

Mine's ET35 with a 9.5" rim and it fits perfectly. I'm running 265s at the rear. PCD is near enough ok. 114.3 x 5 is the Z31/Z32/Z33 iirc.

Direct fit. The struts on the UK/Euro models are the same. I have Tein S-tech springs on mine which I bought in the US.

Their BHP figures are at the fly. You need to check their RWHP which is usually their terms. Sleeper Zs rule! The Z looks near perfect in stock format and with a load more grunt makes it more of a fine machine. :)
