I never understand why people do this. A car is probably the second biggest asset a person will own (and sell) in their lifetime, yet why can't someone vac out the inside of their car to make it look presentable. Just don't understand it. You wouldn't take photos of your bathroom for the estate agents with great big skid marks in the toilet would you! I am a clean-freak anyway....probably verging on OCD. But that is just a bit minging

****ing hell, that is disgusting! Looks like an encrusted booger that fell out of the BFG's nose. That is absolutely awful! All that work on the exterior and the interior looks like it has seen use as a chicken coup.

Basically anything from the balance tube back through the firewall and the dash including door cards is different. So, brake lines, vacuum hoses, clutch lines, engine harness + Starting/charging harness. Headlights are also different as is the slam panel and bumper bracketry which are completely different. Main boost hoses will be the same though as well as gaskets and other serviceable parts.

Smoked does look good! These aren't UK blanks though. :D

They're fine to drill out. I took a set over to the US and drilled the holes out and they're now in the silver 2+2 I use out there. Just measure the bulb holder with a pair of vernier calipers and buy yourself a driller cutter to the same size as that, also a file for the tab locators. Easy enough to do.

Second hand windscreens are a bit of a false economy IMO.

Blowing pearls in though is not like blowing in metallic or solid paints. You need to paint a far greater area to be able to blend, you can't do little bits here and there. The bumper will likely have to be completely repainted if there are issues with it.
