  2. They wouldn't enforce it at that. Not even the mobile ones do. There would be a public outcry if that were the case.
  3. I expect they'll have them set at the recommended 10%+2. They have to take into account vehicle accuracy and their own accuracy....and some leniency.
  4. Found this on a credible newspaper source (ie, not some shitty tabloid gossip nonsense useful only as a litter tray liner) http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/road-and-rail-transport/11375836/Stealth-speed-cameras-to-be-deployed-on-300-miles-of-motorway.html
  5. I go back on my comments! I found myself a little further north on the M25 yesterday and did indeed spot the cameras on that section. They're down to the side on small brackets. Everyone was doing 70 and below, so it was easier to tell! lol
  6. Generally, O2 sensors won't cause the misfire. I'd suggest looking elsewhere. When is it misfiring and from what cylinder?
  7. Started making a shopping list of new bits I want this year! Nothing visual, all mechanical! :)
  8. Agreed! Sorry, not a fan, nor of those ghastly wings. Car looks good though. What rear wheels are they?
  9. Better with the smooth nose for sure! Looks lots better now! :)
  10. I actually think it looks more aggressive and purposeful now. All the old stuff just didn't look right IMO. If it had had a proper crazy track stance with a wacky offset and wider wheels, it might have all looked more aggressive and intimidating.
  11. Can't say anything I've done on my Z was that difficult to be honest. I am fitting a new engine harness and brake servo soon - I anticipate those being a nausea!
  12. Front bumper is fine. Glad to see the back of those canards!!!!
  13. I really like that shape of spoiler. Went for a whole being on the fence about it about 5 or 6 years ago, but I am now a big fan of it.
  14. After by an intasteller mile!!!!!!!! A monumental improvement! A set of Kaminiari style skirts and some 99 rear lights would finish it off. Nice work!
  15. Sorry to hear that Tony. Glad you're ok though. I hope you find a worthy replacement!
  16. Well of course!! :)
  17. Next time! We need to discuss the 'outing', so I'll make some time next time!
  18. Well, I was on the southern section of the M25 today, I drove at 60, just so I could check out all the gantries to see whether any additional hardware had been installed - nada! Other drivers were driving at substantially more than 70 and the regular gantry cameras didn't flash either - so I say myth busted!
  19. Yeah, sticking with black - I considered grey, but I'm not having the rear belts done as they still recoil very quickly! My belts had been fine up until about 3 or 4 months ago. The auto-slack I'd disabled as that had caused it not to recoil properly. The belts then were ok for about 2 years, but the driver's one was starting to get temperamental and I hate limp belts! As mine are the belts in the door, they're actually reverse mechanisms, so there's a bit of modification that SBS need to do. The passenger side one isn't too bad, but I'd rather they were both renewed. I want them to fly back up like my new car does! :)
  20. No snow here! It was 10 degrees yesterday and it's still 7 today. HOPE IT STAYS THE HELL AWAY! lol Roll on summer!
  21. Removed the front seats belts from my Z, took them to Safety Belt Systems in Bedford for new recoil mechanism and new webbing. They should both fly up and down as they did when the car was brand new! The recoil mech was jambing intermittently, so thought it best to get it sorted. Should feel nice with new webbing too. New webbing is far more supple and slippery. When webbing is made, they're impregnated with silicon, as time goes by, the silicone dried out and the belt looses its flexibility.
  22. Did you buy this from the same chap you bought that Bee*R Rev limiter? lol
  23. Half of those would have been sent to magistrates' court where mitigation is presented and fines are means tested.
