  1. Momo offer 2 types of boss I believe, but that's due to HICAS. Any 300zx boss, 'should' fit.
  2.  :hurl:
  3. Great idea Andrew, thanks! Thanks Paul, what is that super thick top earth cable all about?
  4. It's been covered, but get that awful lettering off the tyres!!! I like the rest, but I think a Stillen bumper extension would finish it off....again, that's already been mentioned. I'd also replace the whiteboard on the front with a regular UK sized number plate. Some new fog light lenses too would help freshen the front up. Other than that, it's a good looking Z. :)
  5. Has anyone done this? I'm fed up with the sight of the awkward series 2 PTU sub harness and want to wire the sub harness connectors straight to the main loom with new connector boots and heat shrink.....I'm a dab hand at soldering. Before I unpick the sub harness, is there anything I need to be mindful of? Is it as simple as it looks?
  6. PM Jimmer. He's a distributor for Powerflex (I think that's what they're called), he fitted some to my car yesterday and they make almost every bush for the Z32.
  7. The radiator brackets are a work of art.....
  8. I just trawled through everthing 'Sparco' related and selected the preference to 'used'.
  9. I used to use a Japanese guy out in California actually for my stuff. Not sure he does it anymore, but I used him for buying from Z32-Zone and Japanese Yahoo Auctions. Glad they were what you were looking for Rich! :) See you Thursday afternoon!
  10. That's the face I pull when my rectum is about to explode with brown rain.
  11. Actually, when the radiator was removed, 2 tools were found between it and the fan shroud that I'd lost about 5 years prior! Result!! lol
  12. Spent the entire day at Jimmer's. Helped him fix a customer's leaky targa which was a success, then went amount working on my Z. My cam belt was done 8 years ago when Jim built the engine, despite the car only covering 20k since, I thought it time to get it replaced and get all the tensioners checked. The belt looked fairly new still with no signs of wear or weathering (the car is kept in a very dry environment), but it was replaced anyway. Top idler was replaced, complete coolant flush which was very much required!! It will have another change soon as it was well over due and I want the system squeaky clean! Also replaced the ARB bushes at the front and new drop links. Drop links didn't really need replacing, but they were anyway, the bushes did. Next visit will be after I return from the US and that will be to fit all my new rear end bushes and powdercoated arms etc, new joints, HICAS inners, plus my full Brembo brake upgrade, new servo, SS lines, single piece prop, transmission mount too. - - - Updated - - - IPhones can go to hell!
  13. I was lunch bitch too. Actually we did loads to my Z today, Jimmer doing most of it.
  14. Shim sham flim flam! I was there all day today. :)
  15. Screw that! Brrr! You can keep your arctic conditions! :p
  16. Clean the contacts first before you spunk money on a replacement MAF. It's generally the connectors that fur up and corrode.
  17. Being up in freezing cold Scotland, I hope you've turned that log cabin into a sauna! :)
  18. If you're just after the centre cap sticker.... http://page10.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/m133736072 If you're after the centre cap and the retaining nut, just keep your eyes out on Japanese Yahoo auctions. They will appear from time to time (guaranteed). There are quite a few on there, but they're for earlier wheels and are a different style. Actually, found some retaining nuts... http://page.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/188266151
  19. PLEASE let this car be painted in a nice gloss paint to show off those mean lines!! :)
