  1. "There" not going to brought it! :wack:
  2. That car looks like a tacky woman's lower back tattoo on wheels!
  3. My turds look more appealing than that Z. What a hideous abortion of a vehicle. I'd sooner hop, with no legs. Nice spec though, shame it has the face only a mother could love.
  4. They won't even perish! Lives in the garage - I'll have had a scrotum-lift long before they're shagged!
  5. They thought of everything! :D
  6. Anyone breaking a UK car or have broken one recently? I'm after the UK passenger kick panel, the plastic one to the left hand side of the passenger footwell. JDM cars as everyone knows either have a bracket for an emergency flare or holes for the brackets to go into. I want neither which is why I'm after a UK version.
  7. They don't appear faded at all and match the rest of the interior perfectly. It looks like it always came that way. So happy with the result.
  8. ...and finally! Decided it was time to fit my US-spec rear quarter panels. Those of you who have either changed your interior from S1 to S2 or have done the new belt change might be familiar with this, I wanted to keep the belt locations where they were, so the lap belt and the door pillar belts. Only way to do that was to modify the door cards, which was done. However you're left with a cutout in the rear cards where the B pillar belt would go on newer ones. Well, in the US, for about a year only, the belts were in their original configuration, but with the fabric interiors. I managed to get one from a junk yard in Los Angeles with the help from a friend and then the other, I found online in Pennsylvania. Well, they both eventually turned up from different sides of the US and my theory and fitment worked! I have a full retro-fitted S2 interior with the S1 belt locations. Very anal, but I love doing stuff like this! Took me about a year to track both parts down and have them shipped over, they're really difficult to get as most of them have belt cutouts! - - - Updated - - - Sure! If you want, we can do a swap if you have a good condition part to exchange. I don't want anything for them.
  9. IMO, it's garish.....that's my view. :)
  10. ....before I start to tear my dash apart to remove the dial surrounds, I can't remember for the life of me, but does the black backing lift out? I glued them in, so there's likely to be some residue, if I can, I'd rather take the black backing off from another set of clocks. Is this doable or will I have to lift all the dials out and refit them to another cluster?
  11. Thanks, but you can keep it. Not my thing at all I'm afraid.
  12. Totally agree Bri. Some things should just be left alone. I'm use to using the OEM wheel as the 2+2 that's there for me to drive in the US has one and it's always felt 'just right'. Since becoming anal about going back to virtually stock (visually), it's started to appeal to me more and more. Time to get rid of the chrome dial surrounds I think. I like 'em, but I don't want them anymore.
  13. Bought this brand new from Z1 about 2 years ago. It's had very little use and is in pristine condition. I don't believe these are available new anymore, so it's quite a rare piece (as RHD and LHD paddles are different). I have the modified cowl also which I'll throw in for free. This can be fitted to 95+ cars with airbags which do not have cruise fitted as standard to your existing cowl (as they have blanks for this switch) or can be retro-fitted to earlier cars for those of you running aftermarket steering wheels who want to retain the cruise feature.
  14. I was lucky enough to come across some redundant stock in Italy and managed to scoop this brand new and very rare 90's Nardi Torino steeling wheel. It had never been used and was still boxed with all of its authentic documents. I fitted this around a year and a half ago and it's only seen a few thousand miles of use. It's in fabulous condition. It pains me to sell it, but I'll never refit it to my car and I'd rather someone else have the use for it. It's the same size as the stock steering wheel, which, IMO, is a perfect size for this car. It will come complete with the HICAS steering wheel boss and horn adaptor plug.
  15. Fitted my Mondo trimmed wheel today, rewired the cruise control harness so that it works via the slip ring rather than the CC paddle. All works and very happy with it! I love my Nardi wheel, but this feels much nicer and it gives better visibility to all the controls and switchgear. I can now see my CC illuminated and my indicator stalk! I also prefer having the cc buttons on the wheel. Whilst the early steering wheels are still not my favourite in style, they're more functional and feel better IMO. Also fitted a newer style indicator stalk which has the flasher decal on it and obviously a replacement upper steering wheel shroud. Some keen beans may also notice my UK-spec hazard switch. ;)
  16. Moustache really makes the front end stand out! I had my mirror backings colour matched to a Toyota metallic (in terms of shade) and a number of other members have now gone that route too. I wouldn't do it black. Here's mine.
  17. I have NISMO bushings all round and the ride is lovely. Now rolling on MeisterR coilovers at the rear (fronts to be fitted) and the back end is super smooth. If you have any solid bushings however such as those fitted to many midori style applications, that will automatically make the ride feel harsh.
  18. They're only for the US market cars - a legal document that has to be supplied with all US market vehicles.
  19. Rocket bunny kits are awful. I like the blue Z though above (apart from the front bumper) - the rear arch conversion looks fantastic. The one Daz posted however - eeeeoooow!
