Exactly, friday and dave8uk, that is why I think its unacceptable, completely unprofessional IMO. Like I said I have a respect for anyone in uniform, I know how hard it can be, but if I was in the police force and I saw some feckwit doing this then I wouldn't be amused at all. Joe public (whether chav or not) will see that as the face of the police and it will make their job harder. Its like people in the forces abusing their positions in places like Ireland, it only makes it harder for others and in the forces could lead to your mates being killed by some disgruntled person. It may be less extreme , but I see the same situation here with the police.

How do you know you have spyware mate? I just ask because lots of normal programs can be classed as spyware. Basically anything that sends any kind of details or statistics to a remote party is considered spyware eg windows media player does this as standard unless you tick the box not to, also real player and many many others. There are plenty of free removal tools, you'll find one eventually. When you say re-booting I take it you mean re-installing windows? this would get rid of any spyware. It would also remove all your programs, and you'd lose all your documents and any saved things so make sure you back everything up. You'd also have to re-install all your drivers for new devices such as printers ,phones etc. It is well worth doing if you can though, you'll probably notice a pretty big speed increase on your computer as well because windows tends to get clogged up after a while (XP is a lot better than old versions of windows though)

I'm pretty sure I've seen that guy post pictures from when he's pulled a chav over and you can see his cop car in the back ground. I think theres even several traffic cops on the site. IMO its very unprofessional to pull anyone over (chav or no) and then take pictures of their car and post them on a website. As T-Pot says, he admits he's on duty, I try to keep a healthy respect for anyone in uniform but this guy is a complete f*ckwit IMO :slap: and any others that do the same.

I used to quite like Barry boys, and still find some of the pictures funny, but I just find its full of people up their own arse now. Most of them just as bad as the Chavs they like to take the piss out of. Check any thread on that site and it'll be full of the same tired comments, the majority of them are like record players stuck on play and not even thinking about what they are saying. 'Oh don't like those wheels' 'look at this chav exhaust, what a tool' blah blah blah etc . When theres a reason for it I'm in agreement (ie a saxo with a dustbin exhaust on the back, or the escort in my avator :) ) but half of that lot would still come out with the same comments if they saw a decent performance car with a bonnet full of high powered mods, and so actually benefited from the big exhaust.

Don't the gearboxes fall out of DB9s?! lol, nice cars though. Why don't you get a good boost controller before looking at NOS? prob more value for money and a bit of a better choice to start tuning? Nos will probably show up more weaknesses in the state of tune whereas with a boost controller you can do it gradually as you inprove other parts. By the way I really like yellow these days, never would have considered it before. :dance:

What power are you running mate?at least the clutch died doing what it loves! Good on the DB9 bloke for being a good sport about it all as well.

Good on you Dave and good luck finding something in IT. You've got a degree in software engineering mate , that counts for something! I was thinking of you the other day actually. Apparently software engineers are one of the most sought after skills in IT at the moment. Take a look at Computing weekly (think thats what its called) they often do skills in demands write ups.

OMG Eileen, you are a POSTWHORE!!

We've got a long twisty country road out of our house. EVERY SINGLE morning I meet a car/lorry/bike coming that other way that 100% would have plouged into me if I wasn't driving at 15mph. And if I'm driving the Rx7 they still look at me like I'm the dangerous one! People just don't seem to be taught that they should be driving at a speed where they can stop in the visible road in front of them. Its almost like they are saying 'well its national speed limit so I can drive at 60mph' feckwits, does my head in as the missus and other people where we live ride horses on that road. Education is where its at IMO, cameras and fines won't help, they'll just piss people off and alienate the police.

I heard the same things about the footage as you guys. The reason I didn't think the stingray picture was disrespectful is because the guy is dealing with in dangerous moments everyday and I'd expect he'd have a similar attitude to what we had in the Marines. You develop a 'black humour' to get through things. The guys a legend IMO,

I reckon he would have found that amusing myself. Anyone who insisted that the cameras kept rolling if he was being eaten by a croc or stabbed by Stingray must have a pretty awesome sense of humour IMO! Apparently it was his dieing wish that the moment gets shown on TV.

These days its cheaper to get a TT and do refresh work on it.
