I had same problem years back turned out to be an injector, pulled coil pack leads of in turn found no6 made no difference to the engine idel when off, I also changed all the injector connectors were very green.

My car passed the MOT always good news. I Did want to drive around Surry & Kent this week but will probably put her back in the garage by mid week. It is always nice to drive it but can't help putting my foot down makes me smile.

Hi i know you have checked the pads i had a similar problem noise went away when turning a corner, my noise was high pitch turned out to be the metal wear plate on the pad, it was touching the disk i had taken the pads out re copper slipped made sure pistons were all working drove me mad for ages.

Hi purchased a diag lead and i got these readings not sure what to make of them car does have problem starting from cold and hot can stall till warm, but runs fine nice and smooth power seems fine. I have just managed to get my Zed out not really used it for a few months need to blow out all the cobwebs and spiders. Anyone near Bury Saint Edmunds this weekend.

My car has been ticking on startup for years this has not been a problem for me yet gets quiet when warm, getting plenum off to change them is a real pain.
