It is a shame that 16" was considered a large wheel all those years ago,n ow seats you get shitty little hatch backs with 18" wheels from the factory!?

The biggest give away that 18" is a typo is the word "remanufactured"

I'm not personally a fan of the r8, I see one every morning as my boss has one. In my opinion the front is all to low and looks like they designed it like a TT and then stepped on it, that doesn't mean I don't appreciate the fact that it is an amazing machine. At the end of the day, beauty is in the eye of the beholder We have all commented before over modifications that other members have done to their zeds this is because everyone has different tastes. Same can be said for other cars, my boss loves his r8, as do most of my work colleagues, but it's not my cup of tea. So if your hairdresser mate prefers his Audi TT (:lol:) that's his choice, but it's our choice to prefer the zed and to think that men that drive Audi TT's spend their sexual time biting pillows while being bummed.

The lip at the back of the arch is where it is catching and yeah it's huge! Took a lot of hammering to bring it in a tiny bit but only just not enough so new tyres on the back at the weekend!

Think the rear needs a little stretch on the tyres as the coilovers are as high as they go. Unfortunately I did have to man handle the inner arch lip with a hammer but it still rubs slightly.

I decided in the end to go for something a little bigger although the tyres are rubbing a bit at the moment

No, they came with the bolts but not the adaptors, which would add another couple of hundred to the price. Think they would have looked pretty sweet on my lowered e46 328 touring.
