UK Wheels and Exhausts

Hi ...I own a UK 300ZX with non stock wheels and non standard exhaust system ...my questions are ..what size are the UK standard wheels and are they staggered front and back ? what tires sizes should they have front and back ? and lastly where is the best place to buy a standard/stock UK spec Exhaust system ? ...Kind regards Taz ( Newbie ) taz@zonexhibitions.co.uk

    UK wheels are 7.5J front and 8.5J rear, so you'd want 225/50R16 and 245/45R16, ideally.

     

    Richie K here has an exhaust for sale although it's in Ireland.

    As said, OEM wheels are 16", and the uk spec have wider rears.

     

    I'm sure there are people other than Richie k on here with an OEM exhaust. You could put a post up in the parts section for 'wanted' exhaust.

    is your car a 2+2 or 2-seater ? as the exhausts for these models are different.

     

    if 2+2, you can use a UK/EURO cat back system (cat-pipes are different on the NA)

    if 2-seater, a UK/EURO exhaust system won't fit and you'll need to find a 2-seater exhaust from an import (JAPAN or US)

    Doh ...just collected the wheels and all 4 are 7.5J with 225s all round ....so the hunt continues for 2no 8.5J rears ...

    I guess so ...if anyone can point me in the direction of 8.5J rears ( tires on would be a bonus ) and a UK spec exhaust system it would be majorly appreciated .. taz@zonexhibitions.co.uk
