its leaking can hear it in the cabin and changes sound when foot is just touching the pedal it would be the 2nd one this week with same problem

its a 6puk clutch rated up to 650hp and the feel of it is totally different lot harder/stronger on the pedal and bite

Stock injectors are 370cc m8 ... anything higher numbered . you will have to remap the ecu for them to work

Depends on how much you want to spend .. Job its self getting it off is easy about 1hr worth of work reconditioned unit be looking around 150>250ish 2nd hand unit £50 Mark

thats right all clutchs need breaking in but still shouldnt slip under full clamping

ok will just update with info here some things that tom/others dont know No oil leaks as thats one of the reasons the gear box has been off ... so all is clean and dry now the clutch has done around 15>20 miles on town'ish driving then went on to fast road and thats where it slipped not thou gear change just on power ... to me this is down to clamping force ( weak clutch ) Done another 50 miles on it from yesterday till today as per request and still the same and before any one says ... yes it was cleaned and the clutch is not adjusted to much to make it ride* Mark

i know that car and the owner .. its running over 500hp and is a forged engine with after market turbos it goes well

well the way i do it is use the original clamp and use some Thick rubber tube or some kinda tube thats the same internal size as the 255 pump to make the clamping area thicker so you can fit using the original parts all so dont forget to measure the drop depth for the pickup placement as you want it in the same place nothing like running out of fuel with 1/4 fuel still in tank Mark

Hi Luther the 255 pump you have is not the right one tbh its Lower in spec than the original oem fitted but if you insist that you need to fit it you will need to make some sort of new clamp for it as the pump is a lot smaller than original other than that its easy to fit Mark

depending on the speedo .. 2 options .. adjust the needed like above .. or use the calibration Pot on the pcb board

you can recalibrate the clocks Simon .. the speed sensor has different gear on it ..not swappable

top speed 165>170 depending on your tyre size 70mph @ 3000k 0>60 1sec about 40kg lighter over all Good for cars with power around the stock to 450ish Good upgrade if your tracking your car
