Hi Rob .. ok lets put the cam belt a side at this point you need to start checking your connections PTU and CAS if these are corroded or come off it will stop the car from starting both of these items are on the front of the engine check them and report bk to us

ok in your pic its a 14mm nut .. but u can adjust the clutch some more as u can see there is still some thred poking tho the collar .. but remember u only need to keep adjusting untill the clutch feels better .. dont do it to much once its ok .. Move the nut to the U collar and lock the thread off

Ok my car is going to body shop soon and i have a few options on the look i'm wanting i'm not sticking with the OEM look so here goes I have full Twinz Kit to stick on but all so i have a 95 style spoiler/tailgate so thought Q's is do you guys think it will look right with the upper roof spoiler along with 95 if anyone is good with Photoshop .. can ya do a Mock up with the items fitted to Red car please :) All so i'm putting one some extended archs about 2>3" on rear and 1>2" on front not quit as large as these pics .. but more on the lines of the bottom

you need to look at the Pedal push rod adjustment see if its backed all the way back first .. if it is .. adjust it out this will give u a little more throw on the master in turn pushing the slave more but all so the bad part of this is the clutch pedal its self will be high up then brake pedal

yes all the arms are the same from swb to lwb .. inc NA's ... TT>NA is the rear track arms and Hubs are different

041 for up to 7thou ( Stock ) 051 for up to 14thou 14thou is quit a lot tho and even just for Heads did you have the block decked ? if so how much was taken off ?

Defo interface engine ...and quit common for the dephaser to brake allowing for timing to slip

That's a good sign .. done 2 earlier last month . One was just rattling with bad starts Other had slipped .. There is a dephasa lockout kit u can buy for the fraction of the cost

these have a common fault with VVT pulley failing .. falls apart letting the timing slip .. before failing u normaly get Bad Starts Chugging or cutting out followed by CAM sensor ... some times a nice loud rattle sound Throttle body control unitl fails or acts up .. Bad start , poor tick over , Loads of fuel or None start at all
