  1. yeah .... like i said .. Most Saloon cars can not pull/allowed to pull more than 600kg none brake or 1.1ton braked Zed+trailor comes to 1750kg give or take a little
  2. wow if the back is like that what condition are the sills in ?
  3. New Clutch shaft spigot bearing ( go's in the end of crank ) Skim the flywheel if it needs it check gear box rear mount for splits
  4. most saloon cars will have around 1.1 ton braked limit to what they can pull ... Trailer 250kg Zed 1500kg to pull the zed/trailer u need a 4x4 or large van and the licence that allowes u to pull such

  7. pipes look in the right place but the flange dosnt should be 1oclock / 11oclock position u need to check your rear pipes are in same position m8

  9. oh is this to sort out the exhaust alignment ? wouldn't of thought that much movement on the manifold to give u that much outness on the pipe work ... theres only going to be a few mill
  10. you will need 2x6mm Y hose connector 1x4mm T hose connector 1 meter of 4mm vac hose 5 meters of 5>6mm vac hose
  11. ok just been and had a look on my breaker car here ... its a full metal pipe with a Bolt on flange to the tank ... if its leaking its will be a rusted hole or leaking from the flange its self ...

  13. yeah just need bonding in ... bit of fiberglass or epoxy ...
  14. 4mm for Sensor's 6mm for Vac to and from tubs and Bov's
  15. the fog ducts will fit with the FMIC in place ...
  16. mine is out a bit too .... only happened when i fitted after market tubs and downpipes its only about 1.5" nothing bad as yours is that the original exhaust flange on the downpipes ?
  17. check your pipe work for leaks ... most gauges will read 1>2psi diffrents between them ... they shouldnt but there no calibration control do u have both sensor/gauges plumbed in at the same place ?
  18. it may just the valve unit restring the flow alittle giving it slightly higher Off/stock boost bit like what Jets do .. the % settings i said are just a starting point ... u dont have to set it to that .. higher % on gain will give you faster boost response but can give a little Spike in Max boost

  20. thats right it doesn't work well in Auto on TT cars ... both act T together and that go's to the OUT both Boost T together and that go's to the IN 6mm would of been better as thats the normal size of the pipe work
  21. yes pipes direct to act ... u can disconnect or take off the car what size piping did u use ? and u have got the boost controller set in Manual Mode not auto ..
  22. u mean u dont feel the boost high up ? what turbos are they
  23. how much of the the piping did u replace and was it with 6mm ? as i know when i tuck all mine off there was boost jets in all the pipes ... i had 3 per side
  24. It can be ..... Boost will be slightly diffrent from fast 1 2 3 ... Through gears to full load boost pulling in 4 5th
