yeah .... engine and tubs running smooth ... and with controllable boost :) spoke to CPZ and there AMS main headers and Down pipes have no known problems clearing the steering collum bar

ok stock ECU then ... plus are right what i would check is the plastic Air intake pipes for cracks and check all other Vac lines .. carbon caster side, and all others being controlled by little electronics

yep rachet strap is what i use too ... ... i loom it around the plenum in 4 places on to main hook more so at the front of the engine for Zed there strong me i lift engine and box together

what Spark plugs and ECU do u have on there ?

Na these are 5 bold downs from cpz ... On ams headers didn't have this problem with old mugan downs

there is a post on here somewhere with a after market one that works and is about £30

got it up and running today ... after the rebuild and just been to London and back ... and got my heat mag too :) had two problems on the way the MAF plug decided to pop out and i flooded it on the way back the only other thing concerning me is the steering column / rod is very close-touching the down pipe to the point when i turn left the engine push's against it a little

ok we didn't get any track time provided due to no enuff ppl Paying up front ... but if u get there for 7>8am there abouts theres normally hand out time as the event office .. when i go to silver stone i normally do this .... so u can do it on the day or Pre book online :)

i all ways park across two bays ... and i get flap for it too ... every time at asda i get letters left on my wiper ... but fook it i say if ppl can not treat others property with respect why should i do as asked by other ppl .... i had some one key the side of my car few months ago ... got it resprayed week later 2 big dints/scratches on the same side it just fooks me right off

yep ... site been playing up for the best part of hr>2 ..

yeah i get bit by them and it inflames really really bad ... to the point ones it starts to infect me for me its normally in the daytime i get bit ... not night

there is other things u can do to beef up the engine a little .. Skim heads and Cometic Head Gaskets ACL race bearings Wisceo pistons this will alowe u to run more boost without stressing the engine the standard rods will be ok for 500Fwhp
