  2. home made ... there isnt any thing on the market like that for the Zed why dont u try and make one from MDF/ply and fiberglass
  3. Smithy did u do it with the polycarbonate in mind ? cuze i just been speaking to a guy about vacume forming some from the original covers
  4. Noooooo ... nice idea but think about it ... few months down the line they be black inside from the belt rubber ... and u can not take them off to clean with out removing water pipes and stuff :( i'm supprised that a polycarbonate 1 hasnt been made thats more removeble sure one could be made at home
  5. You make them out of your own kick rails
  6. its normal to have one ... yours has been left off at some point
  7. its vented and does have a few little marks .. lol
  8. sell you mine for £350 quid ...
  9. the only known faults that i have delt with over the years of owning this one and helping out are Dual Mass Flywheel ... and Transit are well known for failing at such low mileage Fuel Pump eats its self and in turn takes out the injectors or just the injectors normally failing around 80k Rubber Boost pipe splitting i still have my original injectors & turbo with 110k on them .. and still running the original pump, block, heads, gear box ... how ever i have to buy a new DMF this time as after 60k theres to much play on it but like more diesel cars .. have all most the same problems
  10. it didnt fail when it was being used .... or even using the meth it was the aem kit the valve stopped working and it let about 1lt of meth/water in to the intake system the engine jammed on of turn of the engine and result is the bent 3 rods oh these are forged rods and pistons as well its a PSA engine not the Puma. that fails .. these engines are kinda bomb proof beside the injectors but thats the same on all modern diesel cars today
  11. well if it is .. i have a spare one i can sell ya ... lol
  12. what heat heat shield the only one i seen on the car is the one that sits under the prop about where the cats are
  13. Its Broken ... i must have the worst luck going when it comes to cars !! Take a look at these pics ... but on the other hand the nissan is doing fine :) haha this is from my Mondeo after my AEM water injection kit decided it wasn't going to play right .. the injector that sits on the engine had a anti drip valve .... guess it decided it didnt want to work any more was parked on a hill nose down and it let quite a bit of Meth/water in to the intake on the Mondeo and Now i have 3 bent Con rods this is all so what happens to all Diesel cars that ingest water from flooded rds the symptoms are normally Bad running loads of unburnt fuel looks like is steam engine when it run .. loads of Engine Knock miss fire eerrmmm
  14. £30 for one run thats expensive ... Most dynos are normally £30 Per car no minimum amount and u get 3 power runs and Print out of your best only know this from arranging about 15 or so dyno days @ places over the last years at soo thats my 2p worth :)
