  1. Wow!!! Really does set the Z off
  2. Well the oil change went reasonably well . approx 3.7 litres of Fuchs pro s and a k+n filter. The filter took a bit of wrist strength. I managed to snap my number plate in two. I then had to find my passport a utility bill, my licence and the log book to get the local motor factors to do it. They don't need all that on eBay. At least my numberplate looks a bit tidier now as it was held on by two dodgy bolts and a bit crooked.
  3. I have done a bit of searching and have found conflicting information on the amount of oil to put in my tt including filter. Anywhere between 3.4 and 4 litres. I don't want to overfill is 3.7 a fair guess ???
  4. That looks ace ! and HAPPY BIRTHDAY !!!! Best track type experience I had was at brands hatch rallying escort cosworths that were converted to rwd. We went around an open gravel stage then went to a separate wooded track area and all got timed with the instructor egging you on. AMAZING!!!! Enjoy!!!!
  5. I am mechanically inept and had to flag down a fire engine when I tried to mess with electrics. I do have a garage with a pit so if anyone ever needs to use that to do the odd job they are welcome.
  6. the sound is awesome
  7. Turbine power is where its at :tt1:
  8. too true !!!!!!! very happy with it ! won't think about desecrating my Nissan with a 'Supra' engine ...... much :innocent:
  9. Don't tempt me, nearly put an rb26 in my s14 fair few yrs back now. I am allot more sensible nowadays. The engine I have is just fine :sweatdrop:

  14. Thats good news! I was expecting burnt or in bits
  15. I think if you attract any kind of attention 'some' other people just don't like it. Bit like when a budgie escapes and gets picked on by all the crap looking birds
  16. Corvette Grand Sport has 19s on back and 18s up front but it was designed to sit on these. Only cons I can think of are calibrations between front and back abs etc. I guess Unless you do the mod and test the specific car in a variety of conditions who knows ? Insurance may be a factor as if an accident did occur and they found this mod it may be hard explaining.
  17. I am very partial to red having owned a few red cars myself and have to admit I would also go back if the right car came up. Candy apple red especially. Not keen on the Bling on this actual car but gives you an Idea.
