  1. My heart says RX7. had a ****el guess what went on it. My head says GtSt (with a few choice mods) My fantasy is a supra tt aerotop and pulling up to a ferrari and saying "whats the retail on one of those" my heart would sink as I watched it disappear into the sunset thinking I wish I had a 2jz Turbo.
  2. just don't get despondent you will recover. Like I say heat is your friend. I have a nice electric pad. Don't bother with superficial tens machines and ointments they are just a waste of cash. I don't take any pain killers any more either. although I did have my favourite combination when it was chronic. If things get to the point where you are in a chronic spasm I did find that steroid injections helped me. NHS or private Another thing you need to concentrate on is core stability (when you feel able) It will help to get things into balance and help prevent further grief. Hamstring stretching is also really important. I stretch these every morning. Get that book and have a read it may help. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Treat-Your-Back-Robin-McKenzie/dp/0959804927
  3. I have a herniated disk L4 L5. I have tried everything from an inversion table, chiropractors, osteopaths, acupuncture, tens machine, acupuncture, steroid injections into the spine. They were going to operate on me and I did a web search. Never ended up going under the knife. Got a book from a guy called Robin McKenzie 'treat your own back' (if my memory serves me correctly) Not saying it will suit you but well worth a good read. Heat is also your friend, invest in a heat pad. Have managed to get to the point where I live a pretty normal life with it. Still a bit stiff in the mornings but have since managed to do pretty much everything from mountain biking to football/running since.

  5. Yeah I thought a decent re-trim was approx £1400. If you can get it done for that much please post your results with pics as I know for that price I would be considering it.

  18. Thanks for the responses. It is uber hard to keep a black car looking good. Have found myself looking at buffers, pads and even gadgets that measure your paint thickness. I am tempted to go for this for starters: http://http://www.ukvaletsupplies.co.uk/turtle-wax-black-box---detailing-kit-for-black-vehicles-498-p.asp £25 quid in Halfrauds so quite a saving. £19.99 ebay.
  19. Sorry if a repost. I thought I was quite good at cleaning cars and never really knew how much there is to it. Have Just been looking around at various sites regarding detailing and was wondering what does everyone here use and why? Stages and the cleaning product.
