  2. it's quite deep and when i looked at doing mine was advised that the texture in the moulding was integral to the strength of the bumper so i'm wet flatting mine and using primer filler to smooth it off
  3. dont think a orbital sander is what you need the rough areas on the bottom of the bumper is part of the moulding could be trouble if you try sanding it off best way is to wet and dry it and use primer filler to bring it up level

  11. i'd say kaspersky all the way got that on mine with no probs i also use xsoft spy and lavasoft adaware for removing spyware

  13. i'm guessing thats what is causing your wheel wobbles you should not have that much play in them if you need hicas arms contact mike feeney at mjp in the traders section he should be able to help
  14. i would say check the hicas arms and the bushes they bolt to most likely to be the bushes though if not maybe your hicas rack is fooked
  15. well i emailed him again and said with out a engine rebuild,bigger turbo's etc it is impossible to get 425 bhp (500 at the fly) he replied:- Sorry mate it would be illegal for me to sell the car with the engine that I had fitted in it and in all honesty if you think you could get 500bhp just by adding bigger turbos and bore, then your very much mistaken... so he's now saying he's fitted a new engine since last week what a twat
  16. easy to replace they are on the piston all you do is remove a metal cap on the servo end of the cylinder tht will allow you to remove the piston and seals changed my seals in around 20 mins much better than fitting a s/h unit imho contact mike at mjp seal kits are around £65-£70 iirc hope this helps kev
  17. might be worth contacting mjp for a new set of seals they are easy to fit
  18. ell i emailed him and asked him why it was 400bhp last week and now it's only 300 i got this reply "as i explained last week the engine was 425bhp at the back wheels,, but for legal reasons the car is not allowed to be sold like that, so is being sold near on standard." i also asked what mods had been done to the engine to achive 400bhp which he did not reply to
