Suspension Parts and opinions
I think what Tom is describing is what I don't want! Don't get me wrong, in my old car I had new suspension and it was awesome, but I'm not expecting that... Just want decent ride

So, what part of it makes it crashy? What parts do you have now? Mine's not currently crashy with the coilovers on.

Anyone? What is it that makes suspension hard / crash? Is it the coilovers or the other bits, like control arms etc

thank you and good bye
Yup... Completely with ya mate

thank you and good bye
I recon, everything apart from payment details should just be done on the thread. I think the problem might be that a lot of people might feel that saying dibs is a way of saying I want it, as seems to be the case here.

thank you and good bye
I have to say, I find this a bit silly 'just' over the sales thread. Surely it's not over the one thing, perhaps it's a straw that broke the camels back maybe. Ive always thought, if I ever do sell stuff, it won't be on a 'dibs' basis... Will be the first to say I'll have it now.

Thanks dudes. So, in a previous post, people mentioned to possibly stay away from solid joints, ie Midori style. No bushings etc unless I was going to use your car predominantly on the track. Obviously I would like a decently comfortable ride Would the stuff the meisterR sell be much good? http://www.cyberspeeds.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=77_123

Am I right in thinking that our cars share a lot of the suspension parts with other nissans, such as the R32 and the S13/14

Get well soon chunk
Is this the accident from a couple of weeks back mate or has there been another one? I really hope not. Either way, I really hope he recovers soon. Good bloke is Rich

You probably missed my other thread mate. The power steering was leaking badly, turned out to be the front to rear metal pipes. Tried to get them off to take to a hydraulics place but to do this, we had to heat the join between the pipe and high pressure pipe that it connects too. Sadly when doing that, the heat meant the high pressure pipe basically fell apart. So, rather than replacing all of that, I thought it'd be simpler to lose the hicas. Hence buying the drift works hicas removal kit.

So what parts are they and what's the manufacturer? I already have the coilovers

So... Given I want to archive a nice stance, a decent ride and the tyre not scrubbing, what parts do I need? Also what are the top 3 or 4 trusted manufacturers?

Yeah, that's a thought. I really like ordering from there.... Just like Z1's website better

Thanks mate. I've been debating on the Z1 FUCA's but their shipping seems to kill it a little for me. Plus Z1 have been getting a ittle bad press lately on the service front.

Suspension Parts and opinions
Thanks Stephen. So, the main purpose here is to make sure the wheels are sitting straight and be able to get good alignment and a good stance. At present, I've just got the Meister R coilovers And in turn, the wheels are in slightly at the top. I really want them sitting right. I also bought the drift works total hicas delete kit... Just not fitted it yet

Brand New in Box Veilside Evolution (Not mine)
I think it was around £640 yesterday. Assuming that will go up but wed then have someones fee to buy it and arrange stuff for us (I think unless we can do it ourselves), shipping to the UK, important duty and 20%tax on it.

This was the start of my research lol. I'm curious what people have and what good. Ive heard the SPL stuff is very good but also very expensive, but then I'm not exactly sure which bits I need.

I'm considering whether or not to upgrade my suspension with adjustable parts. I currently only have MeisterR coilovers and I just bought a drift works total hi as delete. What products for people think I should go for / consider?
