Fr example, the TPS, some say .46, others say .45 or .44. But the manual there says .4 - .5 Just a bit confusing I guess

Cool. Well drain the rad again, cut it down a little and get a couple of new clips

The clips I've put on are ones I've found but they tightened more than any others

Giz a couple of minutes and ill show you how it currently looks

Is your rad aftermarket mate? And would it be engine side that I'd trim? That's where the leak is

I'm finding I just tighten them til I can't go any further - - - Updated - - - FYI - I have a KOYO radiator. Do I need to think about cutting the top pipe down a bit?

I think you need to get the right plugs and make sure they're gapped correctly. Check the timing with a timing light - it should be at 15° unless its been mapped to run on something else. Do a boost leak test Get it on conzult to check all the settings etc. things like the TPS being out is a fairly normal thing

Aren't the metal lower pipes quite expensive? Can you get a metal upper pipe?

I think Harby does have a good point. You see loads of nice things said about traders but next to none or the poorer stories. I think a reputation is really important but I think it works 2 ways. It could be worth the committee giving thought to a trading points score sort of thing. Then maybe keep the comments down so that there's not a claim for what someone has said about them kind of thing
